Santa Fe, New Mexico
Let my house be your home away from home in Santa Fe! My 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1300 sq ft family home is nestled in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood.
It has high speed internet, a large fenced backyard with several patios, fruit trees, and has a separate yoga room which can also be used as a private home office. Birds and butterflies are attracted to the wildflowers in summer.
You may have a well-behaved pet if you pay the extra cleaning pet fee. Contact me if you have more than one pet. No guest pets allowed.
The kitchen was remodeled a few years ago. There are pots, pans and baking pans as well as a blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster and microwave… and, of course, Cocktail / home bar tools!
There is a playground within walking distance and walking trails that stretch a few miles to downtown.
Please clean your own dishes and put your trash in bin at side of house when you check out.
No smoking in the house or you’ll be charged $250 extra cleaning fee. You may smoke outside. Please dispose of all cigarette butts and scoop your pet’s poop or there will be an additional $150 outdoor cleaning fee.
City quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am. You will be asked to leave if my neighbors have noise complaints about you or your pets during these hours.
**Please make sure you have all your belongings when you leave. I am not responsible for anything left behind.
Please note: My house is not an “investment property” rental. It is my home where I have lived previously, and where I will settle again. I’m happy to share it with guests in the true spirit of homeowners providing a space for visitors.
Please be respectful of my neighbors (I am good friends with them) and follow the city noise laws - quiet before 7 am and after 10 pm.

Only people listed in the VRBO agreement are allowed to stay over. First and last names of each guest is required. NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS.
My dog comes with me to the house when I stay there so do NOT book with me if you are allergic to pets. You may notice Calvin, my neighbor’s orange tabby cat, wander through the yard. He has a home but loves my garden. Neighborhood squirrels also make appearances.
I am vaccinated against Covid 19, and prefer to host guests who are too as I care for my elderly mother who has a weakened immune system.
It was a nice roomy and quiet stay. We appreciated the rooms and double bathrooms for convenience. The house was clean and accommodated our needs. Thank You!
Good location, easy to get around. The entire house could benefit from a deep cleaning & fresh coat of paint.
Great location! House needed a few repairs. Overall a good stay. Thank you ?
This charming house has a lovely backyard with five fruit trees and a gorgeous view of the New Mexico sky. I enjoyed staying here very much with my three teenage children. We dined outside in the evenings and enjoyed the mornings outside as well with our breakfast and coffee. We even found a nature trail right behind the house in the arroyo which is great for family walks. The house is extremely clean, and the neighborhood is quiet yet friendly. We had a very peaceful two week vacation here and we recommend it highly.
Recently had to spend multiple nights in Santa Fe for a friend’s wedding and we are so glad we chose to rent Natalie’s quaint little home rather than stay in a hotel! The house was the perfect base for our time in Santa Fe. We were very lucky for the cool weather, I do imagine it could get pretty warm in the house when there’s not that cool breeze and rain we were able to enjoy. One comment I would leave is that the house has many varying scents/fragrances in it, just simply from cleaning products and air fragrances. They were all pleasant, but I just thought I would give a heads up for anyone who may be sensitive to fragrances. It caused a semi difficult first night’s sleep, but because we were able to leave doors open for the fresh, cool air, it also dissipated the fragrances by day two and we were smooth sailing after that ?
We were visiting family and the house was 4 minutes from them. It was a great house and great service.
We stayed for a week during Spring Break with our family of 5 (including our famiily dog). The house was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space/bedroom plus having 2 bathrooms was great as well. If you are bringing your family pet - the backyard works great! And the backyard also added some additional sitting areas to enjoy a beverage or dining! Having a private driveway, right next to the front entrance was an added plus as well (especially when unloading/loading the car during those cold mornings). The front of the property also has a nice court yard and has privacy fencing all around. Actual keys are needed to gain entry to the house (no electric lock/code) - we met the owner on site for access. The interior of the house is open with a living room/dining room combo that allows famlies to be in the same area with multiple seating and not seperated by walls. The living room also is the only tv in the house but the owner provides WIFI (so our kids were able to use thier phones/Ipads to watch shows when not in the main room). We didnt have any issues with cell/wifi signal while in the house, which was nice if have to take an unexpected work call. I would suggest bringing along an extension cord or power strip if you are a family with a lot of devices that need nightly charging as there were few available outlets within reach of the beds in the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances to include a stackable washer/dryer as well as a 12 cup coffee maker. The beds were comfortable enough to get sleep - especially after spending days skiinig at the mountain. It is worth noting - the master bathroom doesnt have a door but is seperated by a curtain (which wasnt an issue for us just noting for future renters). We never ran out of hot water when showering or cleaning dishes (which having teenagers was a plus). The master stand-up shower was a little tight as the shower head is low (I am 5'10 and had just enough room without having to duck under) but did the job. The house is about a 45 minute drive up to Ski Apache (its only about 20+ miles) but less than 10 min drive to the Downtown Plaza. There are restaraunts and grocery stores within a 5 min drive as well if not wanting to venture to the dowtown area. The owner was easily reached and responded quickly to any/every inquiry before/during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and provided a place to meet up/gather with our other visiting family.
