Stayed Mar 1, 2025We recently traveled to Winterhaven for a visit and business purposes. Rented this unit. It was an older home, but had been fixed up and was adequate. However, they failed to mention on the posting that there is a railroad line that runs right behind the house and it is used night and day. Now, if you are a light sleeper, such as I am, I did not get much rest during my stay there. I guess if you live there full-time, it would be different but I don’t think so. The young lady who clean the house was very nice. She showed up the first night to give us some information about how the house and things worked. We much appreciated that! It does have easy access to everywhere there and Winterhaven and the surrounding area. It is quiet. traffic can be heavy occasionally. yes, I would recommend this place, but keep an open mind and check out everything thoroughly before you commit.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024There were some bumps in the process and property. The property mgr was quick to respond and appropriately corrected/improved the concerns. House size was just right for the traveling family and pet.
