Stayed Dec 31, 2025Hot tub wasn’t working and zero entertainment at the house. No board games, no bicycles and etc.

Stayed Dec 27, 2025When we arrived the hot tub was broken- we notified the host and Sunriver front desk that night and someone came out the next day to let us know the pump was seized and they needed to decide whether to repairs or replace- apparently we were offered a 10% discount but never heard from anyone after this - was an important part of our winter vacstion and a bummer to have picked a place in part for that amenity and to have it broken. Would have expected a better response and discount. Otherwise the house was okay and was nice to have a bathroom for each room.

Stayed May 19, 2021Our foursome stayed at this house and it couldn't have been more perfect for us. We are all of an age where sharing bedrooms and and bathrooms is not something we want to do. This house has it all, four bedroom suites, a hot tub and access to all the ameneties Sunriver has to offer including access to Crosswater. We are sure to be back for another stay.

Stayed Feb 11, 2021We stayed with 3 other couples and it was so nice for all of us to have our own bathrooms. Great open concept. I was happy we were there in the winter while it was snowing as the house backs up to a busy street and path. Not a whole lot of people out and about so it was quiet, but see where it might be noisy in the summertime if you are sitting outside. Not a lot of privacy. With that being said we would definitely rent this home again.
