Family Fun with Game Room & King Bed near Monterey Aquarium, Laguna Seca

With 1 king bed, 2 queens, and 2 bunks with queens at the bottom and twin XLs on top, you can have up to 12 guests in our charming home. We love hosting families visiting the Monterey area and feature a game room and a large yard to play in. Not only do we provide the space, we provide all the amenities for you to feel at home, including many kitchen appliances and utensils for you to chef up a storm.

Let your kids play in the game room so the adults can relax. Equipped with a 4-playerbasketball arcade, foosball, foam axe throwing, dart board, board games, and a smart TV, the kids will be entertained for hours.

Our home is in a well-kept, quiet neighborhood in South Salinas and close by many attractions. With a short drive, you can get to:
Salinas airport and Monterey Zoo in around 10 min
Laguna Seca, Odonata Winery, and Handcar/Railbike tour in ~15 min
Monterey Bay Aquarium and Carmel By The Sea in 25 min
Santa Cruz, Big Sur, and San Jose International Airport in 50-60 min
With many beaches and hiking areas in between!

You get access to the entire house (except garage), including a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, game room, and huge backyard. The driveway can fit 3 cars and there’s plenty of street parking right outside the home in this quiet neighborhood.

Every room comes with fresh bed sheets and towels. Bathrooms are stocked with high-quality toiletries, shampoo, soap, hairdryer, and ironing board.

We'll provide coffee and tea for your entire stay, including an electric water boiler, drip coffee machine, and French press.

High-speed internet is included with 3 mesh routers so you get coverage throughout each room. There are 3 flat-screen smart TVs, so you can login to your own streaming apps, or watch live channels through the free Xumo or Pluto TV.

We have an automated self check-in and check-out process with a keypad for entry. The keycode will be sent in a private message upon booking.

This is a family home and with that, we ask that you please respect the property and neighborhood. No large parties or loud noises. The neighbors are friendly, but also wouldn’t hesitate to call the authorities for disturbances or illegal activity. Only guests that are included in your reservation are allowed in the home. The outdoor security cameras will monitor every person entering and leaving. Rest assured, there are NO other security or monitoring devices inside the home.

We are not liable or financially responsible for theft or damage of any personal property, including those inside or outside the boundary of the property and your vehicles.

We offer a fully remote check in, so no physical interaction with guests required. But we live nearby and can visit for any issues if needed.

Check-in time is at 4pm, with early check-in or late check-out options available for a small fee, depending on requested check-in time. Special exceptions will be available for red-eye flights or airline delays with documentation on your phone or a dated boarding pass. Please stay in communication with us if you experience car trouble or a traffic delay as soon as the delay starts and give us your new arrival time. Luggage storage is also available for $20.
