From booking to the stay we had an above and beyond experience. The house was very clean, good layout for our girls basketball team, and close to everything. The beds were super comfy and we appreciated the toiletry items for those who may have forgotten something. The house was an entertainment zone and the girls loved it! Highly recommend this property!!!

We stayed at the Howdy Hangout with our family and a friend - altogether 8 folks. We were in town for our son’s wedding. Everything was perfect. Updated and so many details thought out. The main room was big and open to the kitchen. The backyard was terrific! Gamerooms were definitely a fun place as well. Great location. Couldn’t have found a better place. So easy to work with the owners. We loved it!

This is THE place to stay in Bryan/Collage Station!!! We just hosted our annual family holiday celebration here and there truly could not have been a more perfect setting. Inside, the elegant home is pristine, warm, comfortable and inviting. The flow of the downstairs lends its self to easy, almost effortlessly socializing. The outside is FABULOUS! So many activities (with equipment easy to find & in great condition), and different areas of the yard in which to congregate and mingle. Our family voiced a UNANIMOUS “YES” when I asked them if we’d enjoy doing this again. Getting all 18 people to agree with each other was a little Christmas magic. The host is friendly and kind, responsive, professional, and just goes that extra mile to ensure your comfort and enjoyment of this property - lots of thoughtful little details …and there’s MUCH to enjoy!

Everything was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. They really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

⸻ The house was absolutely perfect for our annual grandkid getaway to Santa’s Wonderland. The putting green, pool table, and basketball game kept everyone entertained for hours — the kids never stopped smiling! The kitchen was wonderfully equipped, and the coffee bar had every option and add-on we could possibly want. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the layout worked perfectly for our group, and the whole home was spotless. It truly lived up to its name — the perfect place to “hang out”! We would love to come back next year if it’s available. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Bottom line: This home isn’t just a rental — it’s a memory-maker.

The house is awesome and exactly as described in the listing. There are tons of activities for kids and adults. We would definitely stay here again in the future. The host was kind and checked in via VRBO message to make sure we didn’t need anything. I highly recommend staying here.

It was the perfect place to have family and friends for Aggie Ring Day and to host the famous Aggie Ring Dunk. Beautiful property with attention to detail that meets all your needs. Easy to feel at home!

We were in town for my son’s wedding. The house was great as a gathering place for family. Everyone enjoyed the games! There was plenty of room to set out food and for everyone to sit and enjoy meals together. There was plenty of parking and ample bedroom and bathroom space for everyone who stayed at the house! The owners thought of lots of small details that made the house feel like we were at home. We will stay again! Thank you!

Very well furnished with all that we needed.Very nice yard .It would be nice to have a second refrigerator. This was our family reuion and we cook all our meals for 3 days.

Beautiful home with enough space inside and out for everyone. Lots of outdoor games as well as two “game rooms.” Everyone loves the house and it was amazing to have enough room for all of my out of town guess. Owner responded quickly to all of my questions during my day. If your looking for a fun home to entertain while in Bryan/College Station, then this is the house.

I would give the Howdy Hangout a 10 out of 10! Janae and Brennan were amazing to work with. Their communication was impressive. Then when we arrived for our son's graduation trip, Howdy Hangout overdelivered. Not only was the home beautiful and clean with lots of activities, they also thought of the small things that make a visit better (ie. makeup wipes/cloths, hair dryer, shampoo/lotion, qtips, doggie basket, etc). I would highly recommend!

We were in town for our son's wedding, so we had 11 people staying in the house. Everything was clean and easy to find. They even had extra supplies in the restrooms in case anyone forgot anything. Our family loved playing pool and the other games in the house.

Seven of us Aggie Corps Moms came in for a weekend retreat. Howdy Hangout was perfect and amazingly comfortable for all of us, and had plenty of room for our boys to come visit and enjoy the fun games in the home. This home is beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. And the pool table and game room were just too cool! We didn't want for anything with all of the thoughtful amenities. We hope to make this our home base when we have more Mom Weekends in the future!

We had an extended family weekend getaway here and it was perfect! The pool table, basketball game, and arcade game provided the perfect entertainment. I loved that the dining table was big enough for all of us to sit around and play games, and also the extra seating at the bar for when we wanted to spread out more. We were able to cook in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The bed situation was great! We are mostly adults and older teens, so having so many large beds and non-bunkbeds was perfect- everyone was comfortable. Backyard area looked great and very inviting, but the weather kept us inside. The host was very responsive when we sent messages, and accommodated us when we realized items were left behind. Overall it was a great weekend and we would definitely stay there again.

Our family had a lovely Christmas holiday at the Howdy Hangout, which we’ll cherish for years to come. With 8 adults, 3 grandchildren, and a few family pups, the house offered the perfect space for everyone to feel right at home. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome basket and a spotless home, beautifully decorated for the season, complete with a lovely Christmas tree. The Howdy Hangout provided ample space, with comfortable beds and convenient bathrooms for all. The home was also packed with games and activities that kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. We were able to gather comfortably in the spacious living room to watch our favorite Christmas movies together. The kitchen was a dream for preparing our holiday meal. It was well-equipped and made cooking our Christmas roast and fixings a breeze. We also loved spending evenings outdoors in the spacious backyard, enjoying the warmth of the firepit and each other’s company. In every way, the Howdy Hangout made our holiday extra special. It allowed our entire family to relax, be together, and create lasting memories. Thank you, Janae and Brennan, for sharing your home with us!
