Had a wonderful time here. House is VERY well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Kids loved the basement and the entertainment. Great neighborhood and close to everything. We even saw deer at the back fence a couple of times. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The property is absolutely amazing and so well thought out!!! From the dog room with the Dutch doors to the Harry Potter hidden playrooms! My grandsons loved all of the arcade games! We so appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was too! We all were in COS for my daughter’s wedding at Spruce Mtn Ranch this property made everyone’s stay so enjoyable! Thank you!

This family and pet friendly beautifully accommodated home was furnished with thought and care. We loved everything about the home. Plenty of space for our family of 8 to be together as well as have our own spaces. It was a wonderful and memorable Thanksgiving holiday.

This house was perfect! We were in CO to watch an Air Force Academy football and hockey game; the location to the academy was quick and easy! We shared the house with our friends and their teenage son. We also have two teenagers. Everyone had their own room and space and the basement games were a hit! The kitchen is totally stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed making family breakfast and dinners and had plenty of space to hang out together. We enjoyed walks on the trails in the neighborhood and the hot tub too.The only complaint was the furnace was not working. However the owner was quick to respond and send someone over to resolve the problem. Overall we enjoyed this house!

The house was spacious and welcoming. We all had plenty of areas to gather to visit and relax. We loved the Harry Potter nook and the game area, and even a closet of board games to enjoy together. It wa conveniently located close to I25 to get to the attractions we wanted to visit.

It was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed plus more! The bedrooms are gorgeous and the beds are so comfortable. The kids loved the secret playroom. This was especially special to us because our late son loved Harry Potter and being around children. It was like having him there with us. The neighborhood was quiet and the area around was very lovely and great for hiking, walking or jogging. The spot was conveniently located to nearby stores and other areas we wanted to visit. I would highly recommend this house to other families!

There were some hiccups with the check in process but resolved easily by the management team. House was beautiful. Well thought out open design with all amenities needed for a big group, and absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. Extremely clean. Plenty of towels, the kitchen was stocked like 'being at home', and all of the beds were comfortable. Every item we looked for was in available and in place. The kids loved the games in the basement, as well as the adults..and the hidden room was a hit! The hot tub was wonderful, beautiful views, and a relaxing way to end the day. There were accommodations for pets that would make traveling with dogs an easy addition. Quiet family oriented neighborhood with friendly neighbor's. Close drive for tourist attractions.

It was a wonderful house and neighborhood. We would definitely choose this area/house again. The only issue we had was the hot tub had too much chlorine. Could use it but not the jets. Ruined a few pieces of clothing.

This home was beautiful and clean! The home was the perfect size for our large family gathering. The listing did not mention that this home was in a HOA-restricted neighborhood. We apparently drew some complaints about our parking. We feel like we were caught in a battle between the HOA and the homeowner. Overall, the home was great!

We loved the house and its interior design, especially the theme of each room and 4th of July decoration. The owners clearly spent a lot of time to make their clients feel the comfort of home. Our favorite for our little ones was the Harry Potter room. The kitchen had top notch appliances, dishes and utensils. We made great meals for our family. One night, we made popcorn and had a movie night in the basement. Grocery stories were nearby to pick up groceries. There was a Catholic church nearby for us to go to mass on Sunday. I would recommend to my family to come here for a family reunion.

As a big group, we were able to spread out and not feel cramped. It was so nice to have a larger kitchen table plus all the additional eating space in the kitchen so we could enjoy meals all together. We had a beautiful peaceful view from the backyard/hot tub that made us feel like we were in the mountains more than in a neighborhood. We liked how there were TVs in every room. You really get that “Colorado magic” feel, but you’re still super close to everything—Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, the Castle Rock outlets, the Airforce Academy and it’s just a 45-minute drive from Denver Tech Center.All in all, this home exceeded every expectation.
