Guests will enjoy three large living areas in the seemingly endless floor plan, each with something special to enjoy. An inviting wood fire with comfy armchairs and table tennis, a cosy lounge away from the kids,and a family room with dining for 10 and a massive screen to stream your games & movies. Sliding doors open out to lush, sweeping lawns and a furnished terrace with a BBQ for poolside enjoyment.

A fully equipped central kitchen with a kitchen setting for 4, as well as a covered alfresco terrace with sunset views not to be missed. Four bedrooms, including a master with an ensuite and direct access to the pool/swim spa and terrace, whilst the remaining rooms are serviced by a separate family bathroom.

A fabulously private seaside escape for fussy Melbournians or a family of keen surfers, with 16th Beach and its general store famous for coffee, gourmet delights, and organic produce, only a short walk away. Enjoy bouncing on the trampoline or park your boat at the top of the driveway, which leads past the home to an undulating rear bush garden with incredible space for children to explore. It really is the ultimate getaway; you’ll never want to leave.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our second stay at this property and as usual everything was perfect. The house is extremely clean and well presented, with everything you need for a fun stay. Would not hesitate booking this property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was exceptionally clean upon arrival and had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable and fun. We will definitely stay here again. The only negative is that Browns road can get very busy over Christmas. Some pruning of the trees by the driveways would be helpful.

    We went there for a family weekend away, house was great, plenty of outdoor play area for the kids and the swim spa was the perfect addition to the house especially for the cooler weather. Would definitely stay here again!!
