Family-Friendly Wildwood Townhome ~ 3 Mi to Beach

Clean and lovely townhouse. Our family of five enjoyed it very much. 1.5 bathrooms, but there is an outdoor shower with hot water. So we were all able to shower easily after beach. Kitchen large and well stocked with cookware. Location very convenient to walk to boardwalk. Will return for sure.

This property was perfect for our family, plenty of space, fully stocked, didn't need many of the items we usually bring with us. Clean and well kept, close to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay her again.

My husband, two children and I came to Wildwood for our annual visit during Firemen's weekend. We also often rent properties when we go on vacation (more space for the family) so lots of experience with rental properties overall. Kathy texted me the morning of our arrival to tell us the house was ready and to enjoy our stay, which I thought was very thoughtful. First impressions of the townhouse: CLEAN. Every single room, closet, under the beds, drawers. Not a stray hair or dust bunny in sight! (The grill was cleaned so well, I actually thought it was new). The townhouse is only a few blocks walk from the heart of the Boardwalk, but was quiet enough that we weren't disturbed by any street noise. The gym, Rite Aid and a few restaurants are also within walking distance. The parking spots for two cars were also really convenient. The kitchen is fully stocked with condiments, spices and non-perishables that you may forget to bring. Cleaning products, broom and vacuum are available. We didn't use them but I saw shampoo and conditioner, Q-tips, feminine products, blow dryer, and other supplies that you may need. The washer and dryer are also nice to have. I had to text Kathy a couple of times during our trip, one to ask a question, and the other where I told her I accidentally broke a dish. Both times she was very responsive and was easy going about the broken dish. Definitely our favorite of all the places where we have ever stayed and will stay here again.

Great Rental! The location is great, and the owner is super nice. The house was very clean and well-stocked. Check-in/getting in to the house was very easy. We had a fantastic time and would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great mini-vacation!

This is a very nice property - very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed for our mini-vacation. Great location, we were able to walk everywhere. Extremely nice owner, and check-in/getting in to the property was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable, and well-supplied! Our family of 6 had a great stay. The kids had just enough room, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cut costs by cooking in some evenings. One of us even took care of some remote work from the table out back in the morning air. We didn't get around to using the bikes this time, but the kids did borrow sand toys that were provided. On-site parking and location are a bonus. Wawa, restaurants, performance plaza, pharmacy, bookstore and boardwalk are all within 5 minutes walk. Hopefully we can visit again!

The home was comfortable-and safe, the owner always responded to emails on a timely manner, the beach is nearby (parking meters available by beach) and a large supermarket (ACME) is very close by car. I recommend for a family or a group of friends.

Comfortable accommodation with everything we needed to enjoy the beach and town of Wildwood. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. We would stay here again next time we go to Wildwood!

This was our 2nd year at this property. I chose this property for the location and ease of access to boardwalk. Because of the pandemic, I was concerned whether to take this vacation. The house was ready upon our arrival. It was not cleaned thoroughly, there were candy wrappers under the couch and one of the upstairs bedrooms. Also popcorn kernels and other debris was in the couch cushions. During our stay there were technical issues with the t.v. and the air conditioning, both incidents required my family and I to troubleshoot the issues, that were resolved. We enjoyed the backyard and the amenities. My question is the items in the kitchen (appliances) were dated/old. The toaster was not easy to use. The master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable for my family member to sleep on, we purchased a mattress pad to ease their discomfort. I would recommend this house for families with children, the bunk beds were fun

The Good: My family had a great time with room to stretch out, grill and even had clean towels for the beach. The Not So Good: there were some ants in the kitchen but nothing too crazy, some of the blankets had stains and my daughter found gum on the bunk bed. All pretty minor, easily fixable updates and some peppermint oil in the kitchen. We would happily rent again next summer!

Upon our arrival, my family and I had trouble opening the front door. I called the contact and she instructed us on the door. The house was overall clean with the exception of cleanser left in the tub. Also trash left in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the kitchen and backyard. The shed had beautiful bikes that we all enjoyed. The grill and outside patio was so nice . I would recommend this location to any size family. Very comfortable but has no extra cable premium channels, just basic and DVD player could only play movies in black and white.
