Cozy home. Close to the grocery store, yummy ice cream shop and fabulous breakfast/lunch restaurant.We enjoyed our stay. The home is super comfortable and makes you feel relaxed the minute you walk in. The kitchen is very well stocked. We were able to use the bikes and ride on the near by canal path.beds comfortable. Livingroom cozy and on a very hot day we stayed in to watch a movie before a late beach day.there are close beaches. All have to park to pay but easy.Only a 30 min drive to Hyannis port. Took a boat your.the only thing we would add or request would be a TV in the basement with the bunk beds. (to have the kids escape to watch a kid movie at night)Not a complaint, just a wish.Host is quick to answer questions and help us plan our trip.Would recommend this home and you will have a fun and relaxing stay

Cute house with a great yard. Fresh cut flowers were a nice touch in the house. Bedrooms were well suited to groups traveling with kids.

Perfect Family GetawayOur first time on the Cape, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was ideal—plenty of space to gather as a family, yet peaceful and relaxed without any of the chaos you sometimes find in busier towns. The house itself had a true Cape feel that constantly reminded us we were away from it all. Thoughtful details, a welcoming vibe, and everything we needed for a memorable stay. So clean which is greatly appreciated! Lovely outside& amenities. So close to everything .. one suggestion for coffee drinkers is to have a full size coffee maker..

Had a great stay here! Location is great for town neck beach and surrounding restaurants. House was a great space for our family and Mark was easily reachable if necessary. Recommend staying here!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Mark’s property. The location was perfect for our weekend plans and the neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. The house itself looked recently renovated and was incredibly cute as well as immaculately clean. It was spacious and welcoming as well. We can’t wait to stay again!
