The neighbors on both sides are quiet and private. Please respect that and keep noise levels down after 9 pm.

The property is situated on a quiet residential neighborhood. Less than 1/2 a mile away from Huntington Beach High School and Sea Cliff Shopping Center where there is a huge grocery store (Albertson's), Staples, Panera, Starbuck's, McDonald's and an outdoor food court with Baskin Robbins, Pizza, Sushi, and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from.

And just 2 miles away is the downtown Main Street area with a popular night life, breakfast cafes, shops, and the very popular Tuesday night Farmer's Market street fair in which several blocks of Main Street is closed for street vendors, live music, and handcrafted gifts.

Just 11 miles from Orange County's John Wayne Airport. Short drive to Newport Beach, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and much more.

We are dog friendly with pet fee ($15/day per dog). Dogs must be well-behaved and current on vaccinations and on flea and tick control. Strictly enforced city ordinances prohibit leaving dogs tied up unattended or outdoors while you are away. Damages caused by dogs will be the responsibility of the guest. Please let us know in advance of booking details of all dogs, including size, breed, and age.

Due to insurance reasons, the person booking must be at least 25 years old to book and must upload a photo of government ID to the host within 24 hours of booking. We reserve the right to request the first and last names of all members of the group as well as ID’s of all adults prior to supplying door code. Due to local laws, stays of longer than 30 days or longer must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.

Please note that we have occupancy based pricing in our settings. Please select the correct number of people in your group at the time of booking to get the correct pricing for your stay. Keep in mind, if you add more people to your group after booking the rate may adjust slightly. There is an additional charge of $30 per night for each additional person after the initial 4 people. This keeps our rates low and affordable for our average group size for this listing and helps us charge an appropriate fee for the additional linens and utilities used by a larger group size. A portable AC unit is supplied for the Master bedroom and is great for cool sleeping.

Corporate leases and insurance companies that need to relocate their people are welcome on case by case basis. Stays of 30 days or longer will require a signed rental agreement and a background check.

* We reserve the right to request a copy of government ID of all adult guests
* Quiet time is at 9 pm (music off, outdoor voices down)
* Please do not disturb neighbors

    Perfect size. Reasonably priced for the area. Felt Very safe. Close to everything including beach area, restaurants and shopping. Very clean. Equipped With everything you need. Nicely decorated. Will definitely book here again when I visit.
