Stayed Oct 2, 2025We had a great stay in this three-story townhouse in a nice downtown Denver neighborhood. The townhouse is immaculate! It is across from Jefferson Park, with many restaurants and grocery shopping within walking distance. It was not difficult to find on street parking. There is a fantastic view from the rooftop deck: views of the city, the Bronco's stadium, and the mountains. We could even see Pike's Peak in the distance. This property exceeds all expectations and is highly recommended!

Stayed Aug 16, 2024Jack was so communicative and helped our group check in early upon arrival. The house is the perfect size, exactly shown as the listing and is located in an excellent location close to downtown, LoHi and Rino. Everyone in our group (10 of us!) said they’d book this place again.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024This new condo is very comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The outside decks are wonderful and the we enjoyed sitting outside with the gas fireplace. We would love to stay here again.

Stayed Mar 13, 2024Very nice property in a nice neighborhood. Can walk to some restaurants. Supermarket a few blocks away. Downtown is easy to get to with a car along with Golden etc. Could also easily do day trip to mountains. Would stay here again.
