Stayed Dec 24, 2025We had a great and enjoyable stay! The Town Home was clean, comfortable, spacious and exactly what we needed for a family of 5. Great and scenic location, and very quiet. Hot Tub definitely is a plus for the whole family! Matt was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025Matt's place was wonderful and was perfect for our family for a couple days of Summit Co. skiing. The place was (very) clean, spacious, and well stocked. Honestly I'm not sure what else to say - it was great. The hot tub was very welcomed after a day on the mountain.

Stayed Feb 18, 2025Start to finish Matt was a great host. This is clearly his family's beloved vacation house. It does not feel like an average rental but a cozy and well maintained home. It is perfect for family looking for a peacfull area that is centrally located to so much. Matt has been very responsive and helpful from start to finish.

Stayed Jan 31, 2025We’ve stayed at many rentals and Matt’s place tops the list for cleanliness. The hot tub was an added bonus, and was welcomed after skiing.Highly recommend, quiet neighborhood and just down the road 20 minutes from some great skiing.

Stayed Feb 14, 2024Wonderful condo with a really nice hot tub on the deck. Very clean with comfortable beds! Would highly recommend staying here. Had a great time skiing with fresh powder everyday!
