This was the best place we have booked yet. We have been going to Pax East as a group each year since 2016. This was the best place we stayed at yet. Multiple rooms, bathrooms and a amazing spot to play board games.

Nice home with lots of instructions and labels for everything. Plenty of bedding, kitchen supplies, etc.

We were in Boston for a family event and this was the PERFECT house for us. Check in was seamless. The house was pristinely clean. Each room had its own AC unit so the temperature inside the home was customizable to each of our preferences! The house is stocked with ample towels and bedding. The beds were by far the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in at a rental home. The downstairs shower was so relaxing. The kitchen table was perfect to gather around with our family. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We will definitely be back the next time we have a family event in Boston to this home away from home!

We had a great experience at Rose Cottage! The house was very clean, organized, and spacious for the whole family! The host left very detailed instructions that were easy to follow and the house was a short drive to all the top Boston destinations. Definitely recommend staying here for your next family vacation trip!

We were two families of seven people visiting Boston and Rose Cottage was perfect for our weeklong stay. The house was clean and well maintained and there was enough seating for everyone in the living room and dining room. We were provided plenty of extra towels and bedding, paper goods, and cleaning products including laundry supplies. The kitchen had necessities for quick meals and a well stocked coffee and tea bar and a Brita pitcher. Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms were plenty for our group and we were impressed that hot water was plentiful with seven people showering daily as well as running the dishwasher several times and doing laundry. We all appreciated the labels and notes around the house - made light switches easy to figure out! Mini-split A/C kept the house cool on several very hot, humid days.The location of the rental made it easy to get into Boston for all the sites and a baseball game as well as day trips to Salem, Falmouth and Plymouth, and Concord. The neighborhood was generally quiet -- some car noise and neighbor noise but nothing out of the ordinary. From the rental, it was easily walkable to a variety of restaurants and grocery and drug stores were close by. The teenagers also were able to visit a local rock climbing location that was close.Great communication beforehand with very clear instructions on getting to the house as throughout our visit. Don't know if we will be back to Boston but we would definitely stay here again.

Rose Cottage is a very nice and comfortable place to stay with a large group. We had a group of 10 people including two kids. No shortage of towels and extra bedding. The place was very clean and every detail was taken care of. Parking was available on the property. Easy ride to the airport. Would keep it in mind the next time we visit Boston.

Great home for family wedding weekend. Everything was very high quality, super clean and beautiful interior decorated. It was a great home base for our family of 5 adults for a long wedding weekend in Boston. Close to Encore, stores and short trip to Boston and Salem. The location of house isn’t the best with parking and surrounding area, though it seemed safe neighborhood. Great host, has everything labeled and plenty of extras with clear instructions. Would definitely stay again when visiting family.

This was a lovely property with all of the expected amenities and then some. The Burrow bed kits for the couches and extra pillows, blankets, and towels made it easy to accommodate 8 adults. The hosts were easy to reach when needed and helpful throughout the stay. We had no isseues and they checked in regularly to identify potential needs. The entire house is clearly labeled to easily locate the items needed throughout the stay. We will choose Rose Cottage again if we are traveling to Boston with the family.

The home is well cared for and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect spot for our family getaway, very close to Boston. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if we are ever in the area again!

One of the best rental experiences I've had! We absolutely will stay here again. The Rose Cottage has everything you might need for a relaxing, comfortable visit to Boston. The house is large but well laid out, the furniture and beds are very comfortable, and everything was easy to find (thanks to abundant use of a label maker). We didn't cook much, but the kitchen had everything we needed including lots of dishware, storage containers, plenty of cutting boards and SHARP high-quality knives (a rarity!). The neighborhood was quiet, and the location is very convenient to downtown Boston and the airport. Linda was a fantastic host -- friendly and quick to answer all our questions. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We were in Everett for our daughter's wedding nearby. This is a beautiful spacious home with everything we needed and more. Plenty of towels, a stocked coffee and tea area, ample kitchen supplies for cooking, a washer & dryer, large refrigerator, plenty of living space, very comfortable beds and 3!! bathrooms. So organized with everything labeled. Check-in was a breeze and check-out was minimal and easy. Highly recommend. 10 stars.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage! There was more than enough room for the 4 of us, and would be great for a family. The amenities were amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked...everything we needed for cooking, a Keurig including k-cups, sugars, creamer (I've never had this included before). A nice little basket of treats awaited us when we arrived. The home is beautifully furnished and decorated. Linda & Glendon were responsive hosts...always getting back to me promptly. A short 15-20 minute drive will get you most places in Boston. I highly recommend this property if you want a nice place to stay in Boston!

This was our first girls trip. The house was a great place for us ladies to relax and enjoy Boston and Salem. It was so clean and comfortable.

Excellent location, great safe and quiet neighborhood, lots of local flare, READ THE instructions BINDER when you arrive for GREAT TIPS, outstanding hosts, house is comfortable and well appointed, park your car and take the train to the city. I rented a car because I wanted to visit the coastal cities, Cape Code, Provincetown etc., otherwise no car is needed. Great band for the buck!

Excellent house for someone needing to house 7-10. Immaculate, organized throughout, and excellent response from owner to questions. Each bedroom has its own mini-split AC for temperature control, and you won’t run out of towels. Highly recommended.

This was a terrific place! We were 4 adults and 3 kids under 10. Plenty of room. Extremely well maintained. Super clean. Nice beds and bedding. Had air conditioning which was great. Although would have loved a toaster. The coffee bar was a pleasant surprise and served us well. Walkable to some local restaurants We were 15 to 20 min to airport or downtown. Close to Encore if that’s your thing. Our son recently moved to Everett which was the purpose of our visit. Overall a great house. We will definitely stay there on our next visit to Boston

It is a great house once you get inside. The owners have done an amazing job furnishing the place and I appreciated all the extra touches they put in (stocked K-cups, welcome snacks, etc..) The exterior of the house, however, is a little less desirable. It is run down and also tucked behind another house so we had to share a driveway. We drove a big SUV and it was difficult at times to navigate in and out of the driveway. That said, we really enjoyed our stay there and the communications with the owners was awesome.
