We loved our stay at this home in Seymour. It is off a paved road, but back off the road, so we could not hear traffic. The home is bright and cheery and off the front porch, you can see the mountains. Our grandchildren loved the game room and there was plenty of room for our 4 adults and 3 children. We were at a great location between Sevierville and Maryville and both were an easy travel. The back roads around the cabin were beautiful and the hot tub was an absolute plus. We also enjoyed a camp fire a few nights. Would definitely rent again.

Great property with plenty of space for the kids to run around outside. The arcade machines were also a big hit and being 30-45 minutes from Gatlinburg and Knoxville was nice.

BEST. FAMILY. VACATION. Where do I even begin? If you're scrolling through listings and wondering, “Is this the one?”—STOP RIGHT HERE. This magical mountain retreat checked every box and then some. Our crew (two adults and two sugar-powered kiddos) had an unforgettable stay that we’re STILL talking about! The Playroom of Dreams:The kids walked in and immediately lost their minds—in the best way possible. Air hockey tournaments got intense, ping pong battles ensued, and the arcade games transported us straight back to our '80s glory days. Hot Tub Heaven:After hiking and wrangling children, the bubbling hot tub under the stars was my personal reward. Bonus: the view of fog rolling in over the mountains while soaking? Chef's kiss. No regrets. Mountain Views Galore:Morning coffee on the deck with that panoramic mountain backdrop? Instant serenity. It felt like we were starring in a Tennessee postcard. Perfect for Families:This place was clearly designed by someone who gets family travel. The layout gave us space to spread out, the kitchen was fully stocked (including two coffee makers—we used them daily), enough clean towels for the week only thing we needed was food.We would happily book a stay here again, we had a fantastic week. Thank you.

My family and my sister's family stayed at this property while our 11 yo sons attended camp at the Tremont Institute. We had 4 adults and 5 kids (not counting our camping duo). The house was absolutely perfect! The kids loved the arcade games, air hockey / ping pong, board games, but especially the hot tub! We had everything we needed in the kitchen for the days we cooked at the cabins. The beds were comfortable and the living room and game room areas had numerous pillows and blankets for lounging. The cabin had 4 TVs so there were no arguments about what to watch. The owners left numerous books, many of which focused on the history of the park - specifically the Cades Cove area. The space surrounding the cabin was lovely - a large, shaded front yard and a spacious backyard. Bunnies raced through the yard frequently and fireflies were numerous in the evenings. The kids also found wild growing blackberries in the backyard. This was a perfect home base for our shared vacation. We look forward to returning again next year when the boys return to camp!

We stayed here for a UT football weekend. It was very cozy and perfect for our early November stay. Hot tub was very nice and relaxing after traveling. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms, clean kitchen, cozy living room. Would recommend staying here. The only thing we didn't realize is that it is about 12 minutes off the main road and lots of windy roads to get there. It was about 40 minutes from UT's campus but would be very convenient if going to Pigeon Forge.

Our party of 7 traveled to the Knoxville area this past weekend (on short notice) to attend the Morgan Wallen concert at Neyland Stadium. Hotels were either already booked or too expensive for what they offered us. Insert Daniel and this gorgeous property located only 30 minutes from the stadium (roughly). About the house: Our stay was short (Friday - Sunday), however, this property did not disappoint. The house is very clean & spacious with gorgeous views and plenty to do (or not do) both inside and out. Its location is very private and secluded. Note: a bit of caution is advised while navigating the narrow and winding roads to get there, but trust me, it’s worth it. About the host: Daniel is a top-notch communicator! He is polite and always responds promptly. In fact, when we ran into a transportation issue getting to the concert, Daniel came thru. He quickly provided more than one option for us to explore outside of Uber/Lyft which neither could accommodate. A special shout out to Jody at Driverz Taxi Service for getting us all to/from the concert safely and at a very reasonable cost. Overall, I am highly recommending Daniel and his “Smoky Mountain retreat” to anyone traveling to the Knoxville, TN area looking for an affordable home away from home. Whether it’s for a concert, Vols Athletics, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge… you name it, you will not be disappointed.
