Stayed Nov 27, 2024My family and I all stayed at the home over Thanksgiving and it was lovely. Plenty of space for our 9 people, kitchen was great for cooking our big meal and lots of spots to watch football. The outside of the property was very well maintained, and the walk down to the water was beautiful. It was very easy to talk to the property manager and they were very attentive. We would absolutely stay again next year, but will remember to bring some of the necessities with us (ex. toilet paper, paper towels, water bottles)

Stayed Sep 26, 2024This was our second time staying at this beautiful location. Very comfortable and accommodating home. When we sent a request to come in a day early in order to avoid hurricane Helene on our drive in, they gladly accommodated and waived the fee. We felt truly blessed as this was a last minute change. Kitchen has all equipment needed to make meals for your family. Most importantly(for me) was the box fan we purchased and left on our last visit was still there. Which meant we slept very well! We will continue to book this location on our annual visit to Georgia.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Spider webs everywhere in the kitchen . Not enough trash bags or paper towels or toilet paper. Cockroaches inside the house. Dirty hallway carpet with a runner covering the spots. Tripping hazard! Cooking pans had hair on the lids. Bathroom rugs were dirty. This was not a lake front. It is in a cove. Could not see the water.

Stayed Jul 5, 2022This was the perfect nature getaway for my family. Hiking, canoeing, swimming and two deer visits! The wrap around porch in the morning was our favorite place to relax and the rock wall and basement room was great for the kids. The only slight downside was that the hike down to the lake is extremely steep, so my father and mother in law weren’t able to come down, but we enjoyed the beach area and playground at river forks park which was only 8 minutes away. The family wants to make this an annual trip!

Stayed Mar 12, 2022This was a lovely home. Nicely equipped and furnished. The walk down to the dock is reasonably steep, but other than that, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Even though it was cold and we didn't get to enjoy the lake as much as we would have liked, it was a very pleasant getaway.
