Family Friendly Kendall Retreat w/ Pool

Great kitchen… great living area… Great location.

The house overall is excellent. The host is very responsive and helpful when we had an issue. The outdoor space is the best, the location is quiet and perfect for families and feels very private. The only real negative for us was the bed in the main bedroom is a full size which was a little small for me and my wife, but I'm also 6-4 280lbs. When you sleep in a king at home a full size feels real tight. The house and property overall was great and i think it's a great place to stay for a nice family get away in the Miami area. Plenty of space for kids and big yard to run around in along with a nice screened in pool.

Lauren was very responsive. The house was very clean and well kept and the location was perfect for us. Would 100% recommend to anyone and we would stay here again. Thanks for everything Lauren!

Nice and clean house with comfortable beds.

We enjoyed our stay. This place is conveniently located. You can get to a lot of places including shopping, restaurants and down town Miami. The pool isn’t heated so we don’t use it. The neighborhood is quiet.

Very convenient location and great property for family!

My family really enjoyed our vacation, this home provided all all of the necessary items anyone would need for a complete vacation. It was clean and tidy, as well as stocked with plenty of towels.

We loved this place! Very clean, comfortable and family friendly. We hardly left to explore Miami as it was so relaxing enjoying our days on the patio and in the pool. The Xbox was a nice touch that our teen son thoroughly enjoyed.

Tehe house is amazing, beautiful, clean, and the pool literally washed all my stress away of life. I really needed a trip and this place just went above and beyond. I would stay here over and over again.

House was great!

Home was clean and spacious. The pool and screened in outdoor seating were terrific as the weather was very warm for early April. The kitchen furnishing/supplies were somewhat sparse for our group of 4 who cooked each night. The residential neighborhood location was okay for our exploration of the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks, but it is a drive to restaurants and shops.

The property is nice. We consisted of five adults. I would not recommend because the top bunk is small. It worked for us because we only stayed two nights. We were there for a funeral. It’s a perfect home for a small family with children or two couples. There’s a pool table, pool, tvs in every room and the patio. Peaceful neighborhood.

This property looks just like it does in the pictures. It is a beautiful home, and the host was very accommodating. We encountered no issues during our stay, as the property was fully stocked with all the necessary amenities. My family had a wonderful time, and we would love to use this property again in the future.

I come to find out when I checked in that this is a 1958 house. It has been remodeled inside to some extent but, the windows are old and one of the windows in the bedroom was open because it was broken. There were missing blinds on the windows and if you touched the blinds they fell off. There was not current information on the contact phone number for the host. The air conditioner could not be lowered past 66 and it was programmed to turn off in a couple of hours. There were no pictures of the front of the house when I booked and the reason is that the house is old and not presentable. The house is not representative of the reviews provided. Horrible experience. You are better off staying at a hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here for the week. The location, neighborhood and home were perfect! Very close to great restaurants, nice sidewalks in a beautiful neighborhood to walk during the day and the home was very comfortable and clean. The pool was nice, but the weather didn't cooperate for us to use it. Marco was an excellent host and his communication with us was great!! Truly a very nice home to stay in!!

I had an amazing visit. This was my 60th birthday. I wanted to spend some time in Miami and go on my first cruise from there. Everything was soooo beautiful, the host communicated and made everything so simple.I hope to be able to come and stay again sometime. This is one of the best homes I’ve stayed in and highly recommend.

We wanted a place in Kendall with a pool and close to where our young grandchildren live. This house checked all the boxes for us. We all enjoyed the pool and the kids had fun sleeping on the bunk beds. It was the perfect place for us and we plan to stay here again.

I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one is clearly on of the best. The house is beautiful and is very conveniently located. It was perfect for my dog as there was a nice back yard with lots of privacy. The host is extremely responsive. I can absolutely recommend this house without any reservation.
