Enjoy plenty of opportunities to get outdoors during your stay at this vacation home! Large windows invite natural light and woodland views into the living room. Bask in the glow of the wood-burning fireplace while you watch favorite TV shows. The chef in your group will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen that features everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Nibble on appetizers at the four-person kitchen bar, then gather at the six-person dining table. Practice your musical skills after dinner on the piano. This retreat has two loft areas, both are located on opposite sides of the home. The first loft has a comfortable bed with a primary bedroom, while the second loft offers another bed and it's accessed by a ladder.
Situated just a short stroll from the beach, this retreat offers space to unwind outdoors at home, too. Step outside to the spacious stone patio to breathe in the fresh air and enjoy alfresco living. A private balcony boasts a scenic overlook amid the trees.

Nice and clean home. We shared the shower upstairs. A shorter code to get in is our only suggestion!
very nice
I was very nice and peaceful neighbors were very nice and no problem with any of them was really quiet community and I feel great. Of course while we were there we found out something wasn't working we landlords no and obviously they right 08 called in someone to come fix the problem. I had no problem with that.
This is a warm, cozy home on a quiet street, walking distance to a public road end that allows waterfront access. Lots of warm wood accents, and big windows to let the forest-y views in, it feels a lot like a ski cabin. We live locally, and stayed here while our floors were being refinished. The house is close to our favorite local Thai restaurant (Sawatdy Thai!). It's on the #106 bus route, and you could get here by bus from the ferry and to and from town at times, but Bainbridge bus service is tied to ferry service, and buses run mainly at commute times, so you will likely need a car to enjoy being here. The kitchen was well-equipped, probably the best of any vacation rental we've ever stayed. All the sleeping areas are very open (MBR is lofted above the kitchen/living area), which might be a factor for some but we didn't mind. Good closet space in the main bedroom. Cell service in this part of the island can be spotty, but the wifi here was strong so we never had problems. This is a lovely place, and if I knew friends were coming to town, I would recommend it.
The house was not clean. I needed to clean kitchen before use, wash throw blankets that were dirty, dead bugs in bath, dirty sheets noted after use. The house is stocked with a mishmash of old furniture, smattering of utensils. Only 2 burners on stove, has a stand alone oven without pans etc. The rugs are dirty and stained, the walls are dirty. Very disappointing and unacceptable.
Horrible property management
Wonderful, cute cabin. Very clean and lovely, tranquil setting. I saw mentions in previous reviews that the upstairs shower didn’t work. It does. You pull the handle straight out instead of just turning. Turn to adjust the temp. The temperature adjustment is very sensitive. Maybe a note in the bathroom with brief instructions would help? Overall a great place.
Got the home for myself and employees while working nearby. House was exactly as described. Great value, clean, good location. Oven doesn’t work but that was the only thing and we didn’t care. Would definitely stay again.
Super nice place. Clean. Well furnished. Close to the water.
Stayed at this house for a weekend, the house was clean, tidy, and the surroundings are incredibly beautiful! Such a nice neighborhood and so close to the beach. Will stay here again :)
They Forgot to vacuum before we checked in , but other then that we loved everything about the stay , and the easy check in check out.
Nice spot. Great central location on the island. Great place for walking the dogs.
Nice quiet place a couple miles from downtown, with beach access a short walk away. Lots of room, well equipped kitchen except the oven didn’t work. There was a toaster oven/air fryer so wasn’t a problem for us.
Easy & comfortable; great location for us…thanks!
These things always missing when we stay at Vacasa properties - no sharp knives, no coffee, no way to heat water for tea, it seems most pots, pans, and utensils are a mismatch collection from the second hand store. Therefore, Cooking in your kitchens is mindlessly frustrating even when you claim it is furnished. I will avoid your properties in the future for these reasons Jon A
The house is located in a heavily wooded, quiet and moody surrounding, with only a short walk to the the waters of Fletcher Bay. The place inspires reflection on the passage of time, as the house's architecture and layout are harking back to the 1970s or early 1980s; the interior, though, is updated and very comfortable. The aged and somewhat neglected landscape and the dilapidated buildings in the back of the house add to the atmosphere. What the place affords in poetics, it lacks in the practical: a tea pot, a box of kleenex, and a flashlight would clearly add comfort to our stay. The welcome booklet says a flashlight can be found in the laundry room, but there was none. Still, these minor omissions did not spoil our enjoyment of the place.
The home is well kept, clean, with several beds available. The kitchen served us well for a nice dinner. The setting is quiet, secluded.

Lovely light filled house set in a big tree landscape. Close to an inlet with terrific bay views. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and relaxing nature of the house.
We loved our visit to the island and this home was perfect for us. Our toddler loved exploring the property and had a blast reading in the loft. Everything was clean and tidy and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back.
We absolutely adored staying at this property. Very clean and cozy. Highly recommend.
Sitting in the courtyard of this beautiful little house was one of the highlights of our vacation. We didn’t use the loft but the other two bedrooms were prefect for two adults and our teenager. The house was clearly custom built and full of windows, as well as being equipped with everything we needed.
Great location, lovely and spacious home which has everything you need. Highly recommend!
Ideal location in mid-Bainbridge Island and in a quiet neighborhood near the western sound shorefront. Overall, however, this property appears tired with age. Very 70-80’s style architecture with sort of a confounding room layout. One shower upstairs, off the primary bedroom, and a bedroom that feels as much like a loft as it does a room to itself. First impressions matter in this business, and being greeted by unattended full plastic garbage bags left for pick up at the driveway entrance and an overgrown-ignored lawnscape fouled our early thoughts. In fairness, a call to a responsive property manager who alerted the property owner, and who took these matters into his own hands and corrected them promptly. The primary bed itself was very comfortable, but for the annoying plastic protector beneath the sheets. The sheets were rough and scratchy in texture. Could also use a fresh set of towels. Hot water to upstairs bathroom setup took at least a full minute to arrive at the faucet heads. Patio furniture needs replacing as 1-2 chairs and a table are either very worn or broken. Though the WiFi was excellent throughout the house and on the patio, no local CATV programming available - all streaming. Bedroom TV only accepted DVD’s as we could determine. The cheery brightened photo in the promotion for this property is deceiving. A massive pruning effort and a new paint/finish job would go a long way in diminishing the disconnect between the promotional photos and reality. In summary, the property is adequate as a place to stay, but it is underwhelming.
