Stayed Aug 4, 2025The house is located on a lovely street and proximity to the beach is fabulous. Unfortunately, numerous difficulties arose with regards to the plumbing. Clearly this was not a unique circumstance since there were signs requesting guests to use the outdoor shower and upon arrival there was an industrial toilet snake on the side of the driveway. Property management did respond to our requests, however the issues were more than what could be easily remedied. It seems irresponsible to rent this property until these plumbing issues are properly addressed.

Stayed Aug 6, 2023The house is a little small and dated, but still met our needs perfectly. Short walk to a beautiful beach and the owner thought of everything to make the house a great place to stay - from kitchen supplies, to outdoor seating. We really enjoyed our trip!

Stayed Jul 12, 2021Nice home, steps from a private beach. This place did everything I needed it to. Nice sitting space, kitchen, and dining space in an concept with three bedrooms. Great private deck off the back.. Easy access to Mashpee Commons. The place is small...they tell you as much. Also has an old cape charm. I would definitely stay again..
