Family-friendly home near town with a private hot tub, balcony, & gas fireplace

It was okay…. The living room was pretty little for 9 people. Downstairs was very chilly… took a while to find extra blankets… they were inside the ottoman

Great place! Would just want a little shelf for the bunk beds for tech, but nothing to complain about.

Batteries in remote and wall clock needed replacing. No extra batteries in unit. Batteries in key pad at door were poor. Very diff ult to use keypad. Had to stand outside for 20 mns upon arrival trying to get new code to use. Never used front door after that. Broken window in living room that management company was unaware of. Not enough washcloths. 1 per person for 4 days.. NO Kleenex anywhere. Sink fixture in upstairs bath worked but moved all over the place. When showering in 1st floor bath , the water was so slow to drain that the girl who was using that bathroom was afraid to wash hair in that bath. Nice location and clean but it needs to be checked for things like remotes and wall clock not working. And how does a broken window not get noticed. It was not cracked, it was broken.

Clean, very comfortable beds, 2 blocks off of Main St. Lots of space and great views.

The home was beautiful, clean, spacious. Easy walk to downtown with great restaurants and stores. Quick drives to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, outlets. I would definitely book this home again. Highly recommend.

We booked this place for our wedding weekend! It was an amazing location and just a short walk to Main Street. The hot tub with the mountain in the background and beautiful star gazing at night. Plenty of room for a big group! The kitchen and living room are open and easy for a group to hangout together! Enjoyed this weekend and so thankful for this home!

This home was modern, clean and centrally located near town. We will definitely be staying again!

Best location in Frisco: we walked to restaurants & were right by the bike path. It worked perfectly for our group of 6 friends; there was loads of room, the kitchen was well stocked and the floor plan perfect. Comfortable beds with upscale bedding was very appreciated.

We loved staying here. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was nice. The hit tub was relaxing. It was right by downtown frisco and just up the road are hiking trails. I ended up hiking to rainbow lake and was in awe of the views. I would definitely stay here again. I think the only downfall was people kept popping in to take the trash and the cleaning lady didn't know we extended out check out time.

My husband and I and 3 other friend couples met in Frisco for a weekend getaway. This property was perfect for us in that each couple had their own bedroom with a bed size of Queen or King. Each bathroom had soap, shampoo and conditioner provided and bath towels. There was ample seating in the family room for us to hang out right alongside a nice sized kitchen. The location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to town and the marina. I did have questions during our stay and the management team did respond promptly.

The property was in dire need of a deep cleaning. We found trash, dust, hair, ponytail holders, and just mounds of lint under behind and around furniture. The top floor had a water leak with black mold, growing on the ceiling of the cabinets were broken, the showers were dirty with quite a bit of buildup, we reached out to management immediately to see if we could have the property cleaned as we did have small children that were on the floor quite a bit and got a consistent runaround between Verbo and Vacasa. In addition the hot tub was filthy and looked like a pond. Not worth the money.

A wonderful property conveniently located close to Main Street. Just as nice as pictured!

Walkable to downtown and a great spot for a weekend in the mountains.
