Family-Friendly Home: Heated Pool & Spa: 0.3 Mi Walk to Beach Watch the Rockets!

The house was as the images however I would recommend some maintenance, especially a mold treatment as the ac and heating had mold. Also lights need to be replaced. We changed one bulb but a few more were out. The house contact was great and very responsive but the house seemed to fall short is some ways. We loved the hot tub, took some getting used to the heating of it.

Wonderful home with fun amenities, beautiful location with short walk to beach, easy check-in. Host was very responsive. We stayed a couple nights pre-cruise, and we hope to come back when we have more time to enjoy the home and location.

Tomas was very responsive, the space had all the ammenties we needed to make our stay great. The location was excellent and while we did rent a vehicle for a few longer trips, everything we needed was in walking distance such as restaurants, groceries, and the beach

Pool was great with tiki shades. Loved the screened in porch. Bench needs another leg or two. The pool table and foose ball wonderful for grandkids. Swings and soccer net great also. Labeling light switches might be helpful. Loved the master bath. Location ideal!

This house was beautiful and perfect for our family prior to boarding a cruise. It was very clean and had everything we needed to relax with family. The heated pool and hot tub were really nice. It was very centrally located but also in a quiet neighborhood. The host had wonderful communication. Would definitely stay again!

Great house and great host

This was the second year at this house for a multigenerational family. We had everything we needed and enjoyed every minute of it!

Great neighborhood. Easy drive, walk, or bike ride to the beach, grocery store, etc. Plenty of room for kids. Pool and hot tub are a hit. We stayed once before and wanted to come back for our final spring break as a family before the kids start heading off to college. :-(

This property was perfect for our three generation group. The kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. The pool was very nice and bigger than so many backyard pools. On top of that, the mattresses were the most comfortable we have ever had in a rental. I highly recommend!

Great house with lots of things to.

House was lovely …. Couple of punch list items but owner responded quickly and they were not anything that needed to be done while we were there. Would recommend!

It was amazing from how clean everything was to the convenience of everything. Tomas and his wife were amazing and great to work with. I spoke to them ahead of time regarding we wanted to have some family over for a sleepover so my kids could meet their cousins and then the great grandmother was coming in the morning for breakfast and it wasn’t a problem. Granted it was our first time using Virbo and renting a house but now I wouldn’t do it any other way. I cannot wait until next year, this time we’re going to try and stay there for two weeks so we can look at properties while we’re there. Thanks Tomas!

We had to change our plans last minute due to Hurricane Helene and found this property. Location is walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier and very easy. Property is in excellent condition and had beach equipment for us to use which was a plus. Owner had a lot of recommendations for places to eat which helped since we didn’t have time to research the area. Would definitely highly recommend this property and hoping to stay again!

House was very large and very nice. Had plenty to do to keep you entertained and everything you could really ever ask for or need. Had plenty of nice little touches to add to the wow factor and just add to the overall experience. Made relaxing very easy and natural.

the home was great for the whole family. Did have some issues with the AC in one room but overall the house was really perfect for all of us from 2-52

We have visited Cocoa Beach for the last 5 years. This house was by far the most fun with the pool/spa, pool table, foosball, air hockey, ping pong and darts. The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the beach was a short walk away. We definitely hope to visit again!

We enjoyed the property and all the family friendly features it provided. We had a couple hiccups that were addressed immediately and Tomas and Christa were responsive and polite throughout all our interactions.

We enjoyed our stay and all the fun activities, the neighbors even stopped by outside with their dogs and very friendly. We felt right at home.

My family (6 adults) stayed in this beautiful home for 2 nights and we had a blast!! All of our kids are grown and we enjoyed the games and swimming pool. The sun room is perfect for chilling during a quick rain storm and we could walk to a Publix and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again for a longer period.

They were great to work with, home is beautiful, pool was perfect Tiki sitting areas made it relaxing. We spent our time at the pool the entire time and went out to eat dinner. They are great to work with I will definitely give this property a 10 in every aspect and best of all is THE BEDDING IS FANTASTIC as well as the lightweight Bedsure cooling blanket. You cant get a better property or team to work with all of us agreed this place deserves better than a 10 you cant go wrong
