House was spacious. Had everything we needed for a short stay.

Close to everything, well equipped kitchen. Cleanliness of house was great. Quiet , peaceful neighborhood. Will definitely book hoise for future visits if available.

Our family of 6 came up for a long weekend. House was in a very nice neighborhood. House was as described and was very nice and we had plenty of room for everyone.

This is second time we have stayed at this property and found it to be perfect 3 bedroom vacation home. Location is great in quiet neighborhood but extremely close to everything. Pigeon Forge traffic can be horrible but this location is ideally located and within 10 / 15 minutes of everything. We also found several back roads to avoid the strip all together. Home was very well equipped and extremely clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

House was great. Convenient to Pigeon Forge attractions and activities. Loved not having to traverse steep winding roads at night.

The house was nice and peaceful. My only issue was, the location is not within walking distance of a trolley stop. So be prepared to drive.

3 br,3 bath house was good fit for 2 grandparents & son's family w 2 children 7&11. Kitchen well equipped. New deck front & back. Good AC system, kept place comfortable with July heat & humidity. Some mosquitoes due to proximity to river. Only a couple miles to parkway, yet very country feel. Be careful especially at night those last couple miles, Google + android gps gave sudden instructions. Go slowly. Once you drive it a couple times you get the directions figured out. Overall, owner was very responsive to a couple items we identified, answered all texts quickly. I would recommend and would likely stay there again with this size group.

Wonderful place to stay for a quick girls trip.

My family traveled from Maryland for our niece's graduation. The property owner graciously amended our check-in time to give us some time to relax before the ceremony. The house was clean and well stocked. The listed amenities were readily available. The house is conveniently located near all of the Pigeon Forge attractions.
