Family friendly Frisco townhouse ideally located in Summit county. Sleeps 10-11

Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. They gave good info prior to us arriving. The property was perfect for our group offering private spaces but great gathering spaces. This was the most well-equipped VRBO we’ve ever stated in. It had every kitchen item and appliance you could ever need. We would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to this area.

The property is clean and well maintained. It gives a feeling of cozy home with owner's personal touch. The kitchen is well stocked with things that we possibly need. There are three different levels in the house and that allowed a large amount of people to spread around and relax after a day of ski. The table tennis kept kids entertained. Two car parking garage is very convenient for the winter. We took summit stage shuttle to places we want to be. The shuttle stop is 2 mins drive from the property and plenty of free parking at the stop. The communication with property owner Ellen and Dave were pleasant. Will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful trip and appreciate the accuracy of the listing, the hospitality of the hosts and the overall comfort/convenience of this great condo in Frisco. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. It was well appointed and perfect for two families.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property the last two Spring Breaks. The owners have added new cabinets/counter/vanities. There was a new fridge as well. Communication with the owner and rental company are a breeze. The home is very well stocked with virtually any kitchen dishes, cookware, electric appliance, or spice you might need. And the garage is a certain plus too. Kids enjoyed the hot tub off the back deck. For our two families and five ‘older kids’, ages 12-21, it is perfect. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks again Mr. and Mrs. Conner for another wonderful Spring Break.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home. We enjoyed the neighbors dog coming over while we were in the hot tub haha. Really good pup. Very nice place that was perfectly located. Felt right at home in the mountains. The ping pong table came in handy for us and it’s nice to have things like that to enjoy after the slopes. Again thank you so much for letting us stay here it perfect for us.

This unit met all expectations! Accommodations were perfect for our family! Very well stocked with almost everything you would need!

It was easy to communicate with the property owners, the house was perfect for 10- all slept in their own beds! Kitchen was fully stocked. Hot tub was an outstanding plus at the end of our days skiing. Would recommend this rental!!

Wow! We loved staying here in this beautiful, well equipped home. On a quiet, dead-end street, but walking distance to grocery stores, breweries, shopping and more. (Bike downtown in about 10 minutes on the trail that is at the end of the street) We were here in the summer with a large group for a family reunion and the location and the nice deck and yard really made it easy for our gathering.

Clean house with nice space. Very convenient location. Good written instructions for everything. Appreciated the spices and condiments as well as other household supplies. No management issues and good communication with owners. Only suggestion is having a humidifier for each bedroom (only one in house). Great trip. Thanks for sharing your home!
