Stayed Jan 16, 2026We had a wonderful stay visiting our son in Fort Myers. The house is extremely clean and equipped with everything you could possibly ever want or need. A lot of care and attention goes to maintaining this property. Beautiful pool area with gorgeous landscaping and great furniture. Loved the combo water cooler coffee maker. Communication and response time were impeccable. We will be back! Incredible location close to everything.

Stayed Apr 9, 2025The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It has a wonderful floor plan, clean, spacious, wonderful pool. The host provided basics like TP and coffee, we had a wonderful week celebrating my son's wedding. I would rent this home again and the host was delightful checking in to ensure out stay was perfect. Stayed Mar 6, 2025Our family of 7 adults had a wonderful stay in this property. It has a well-equipped kitchen with appliances, dishware and plenty of pots and pans, and even an ice maker. The house is spacious and comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool was wonderful, and the patio had plenty of seating. There is also a hot tub. Checkin/checkout was simple and Melissa was responsive to questions.

Stayed Nov 24, 2023We needed a place to stay in Fort Myers for our family of 8 when our grandson’s were invited to play baseball at a tournament there. This villa was a perfect fit for us with a nice pool, large open floor plan, 4 comfortable bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms too! The spacious living room was a great place to relax and the kitchen was well stocked! The laundry was very handy with boys baseball uniforms. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and very nice the whole place was!
