Stayed Mar 19, 2025Melinda was great to communicate with. The house was very clean. Listing is exactly as stated. Location is great for day trips to Sedona & Williams. We had 2 couples & 4kids. All kids stayed in the bunk room.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family and I had a great time! The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with what we'd need for our stay. Fire pit worked great!The house was close to hiking trails which we enjoyed. It was also a close drive to shopping and restaurants. Loved the neighborhood!

Stayed Oct 25, 2024We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was perfect to celebrate our anniversary. The place was very clean and spacious and was equipped with all of our needs. The neighborhood was quiet too which was nice. Definitely would stay here again ??

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed here for NAU family weekend. It’s a beautiful house; probably the cleanest, VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! Awesome quiet neighborhood…beautiful hike/run at the end of the road. Amazing backyard for lounging and enjoying the beautiful weather. Location was perfect as it was peaceful yet very short drive to downtown and other shopping and dining areas.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were looking forward to a weekend away in Flag and found this cute home. We have never stayed in a house in flagstaff so we didn’t know what to expect. We were blown away by this place. The house is so cute. It sits in a quiet neighborhood. Whoever decorated it was on point. Everything in this place, from the couches, to beds was so cozy and comfortable The outdoor fire pit was perfect for evening cocktails and conversation. There are miles of hiking trails right out the back door. So awesome for the morning hikes. The kitchen was well appointed to cook at home and the proximity to downtown and the great dining in flagstaff was just minutes away. The e-bikes are a nice touch for quick runs to the store for treats or items forgot. This place was great and we will be back.

Stayed Sep 30, 2024The property is as described in the listing. It's in a nice neighborhood close to forest trails and the train. The house is well equipped, except for no BBQ, laundry soap, or paper towels. We did have a minor issue during our stay; however, the owner did the right thing to fix it. You can tell by the owner's response to concerns that they do care about the renter's experience.
