Family Friendly Escape -Waterfront, Firepit, 3 Masters, Fishing, Kayaks & More

This large newer home was designed and built to surround its guests in luxury. The home's features include granite, high end appliances, high ceilings, large decks, 3 master bedrooms, & 2 private bedroom balconies. We also have a key code entry system so you don't have to fumble with keys on your stay. We are located right on a canal, and are mere steps away from the beach and miles of national seashore. Located right between the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound, you are literally surrounded by gorgeous white sandy beaches and water in this home. Every window in the house allows a spectacular view of the water which makes you feel instantly relaxed. This house is loaded with amenities! Fire pit, Kayaks, Children/baby items, beach gear, & more!

MAIN FLOOR
When you first walk in the front door, you are greeted by a massive main living area. This area has gorgeous wood floors, fresh light and airy decor, 10 ft ceilings, and tons of windows. It includes a white fully stocked kitchen, Coffee bar with 4 coffee makers, kitchen island, dining area with large 10 person table, and the living room with plenty of seating. The living room also has a large smart TV. You can just log into your account and stream away! A blu ray player is also available in this room. Rounding out this floor is a half bath, deck access, and a laundry room with full sized washer/dryer. This main floor is the perfect area for family get togethers or just relaxing after a day at the beach.

KITCHEN:
Our gorgeous kitchen is fully stocked to make in home cooking a breeze! It includes a double oven, microwave, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, 2 trashcans and 5 burner stove with hood. We also have crock pots, a griddle, and skillet. There is a center island with 2 bar stools for additional seating. You can enjoy a view of the Sound while standing at the sink. There are tons of empty cabinets that will house your food and any other kitchen items you bring with you. We also have a coffee bar for our coffee lovers! It includes 4 coffee makers (2 k-cup, 2 traditional) so you can always have your coffee ready to go!

Some of the kitchen items we have include: Tons of silverware, plates, & bowls, pizza cutter, wine opener, ice cream scoop, colanders, pitchers, serving platters, cutting boards, pizza pan, baking sheets, roaster, pots/pans, mixing bowls, basic kitchen tools, knife set, coffee mugs, toaster, margarita glasses, wine glasses, pot holders & Dish towels & more. There is also the plastic dishes for the kids including plastic silverware.

BEDROOMS:
This house has 5 total bedrooms. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms which make it a perfect home for multiple families to use. No fighting over a Master Suite in this house! All the king/queen beds are memory foam mattresses. Every bedroom has flat screen TVs and walk in closets. 4 of the bedrooms have ceiling fans as well.

The main level has 2 of the en-suite bedrooms. These bedrooms both have king size beds. One of the rooms is the grand master suite which includes balcony access and a soaker tub in the bathroom.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, a private bathroom with shower/tub combo, it's own private balcony with a view of the Gulf of Mexico, and 2 walk in closets. A second bedroom has a king sized bed, private balcony overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound, and a massive walk in closet. This bedroom (along with the 5th bedroom) utilizes an upstairs hall bath.

The last room upstairs is a perfect room for the kids. It houses 3 solid wood bunk beds that can each hold 225 lbs./sleeping space. One bunk is a twin over full and the other 2 are twins. There are also 2 trundle beds in this room. This room can comfortably sleep 9. Kids love slumber parties and will love sharing this room!

OUTDOOR SPACES
This home is full of places to enjoy time outside. The front of the home has a large front porch that spans the length of the home. It offers a great view of the Sound. Two bedrooms have private balconies. One faces the Gulf and the other faces the Sound. These balconies include 2 chairs and a table so you can sit out there and enjoy a drink or read a book.

The back of the house has a large deck that also spans the entire length of the house. This offers lots of outdoor seating options. There's a full size table so you can enjoy meals outside. There's also 6 pub height adirondack chairs. The Grand Master Suite has direct access through a private door. The balcony has stairs that lead down to the back yard.

Below the back deck is a covered hang out area. This is also the area that has a shower to wash sand off of you before coming into the house. From this area there is a walkway leading to the canal.

The backyard is full of white sand. So the kids can enjoy building sand castles while you grill up dinner! Our back yard has direct access to the canal. You can drop a line in and do some fishing or you can use the house's kayaks and take a trip out to the Sound! There are little fish and crabs visible in the shallow water which the kids will love. Fish also leap out of the water and if you're lucky you may even spot dolphins!

To round out the outdoor space is our fire pit! Sit by the fire, make smore's, look at the moon, and listen to the waves. You'll also see the fish jumping in the kayak!

GROUND LEVEL
As soon as you pull up to the house you will pull into the oversized driveway which holds up to 8 cars. There is additional parking in the street if needed. You'll also see 2 garage doors. When you open these doors, you will see a large garage area. This is where all the outdoor equipment is housed. The back of the house has 2 matching garage doors. You can open all 4 doors and it creates a refreshing breezeway through the space making it a great shaded hangout space. You can access this space from either side of the home or the main level of the house.

OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT
We offer a wide variety of outdoor equipment for you to utilize while you're here. We have beach toys, sport balls, bikes, kayaks, folding chairs and more!

Kayaks- full size kayaks are available for you to use. The exact amount varies due to the (sad) mistreatment of them. Please care for our kayaks so we can continue to offer them to guests! We have a variety of life jackets also. You can take a trip from the canal out to the sound. Go in the morning and there's a great chance you'll see dolphins!!!

Bikes- Bikes are located in the ground level garage. You can take a quick bike ride to the beach or one of the delicious restaurants on the island! If you want to see something truly unforgettable, take a bike ride through the Gulf Islands National Seashore. You will NOT be sorry. The views of the sand dunes and ocean are absolutely breathtaking. We don't have helmets here, so you'll want to make sure to bring one from home.

Beach Items: We have sand toys and a beach wagon to make your short walk to the beach easier. You may still want to bring beach items with you including beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas (not provided).

HAVE KIDS WITH YOU
Are you traveling with little ones Being parents ourselves, we know that a beach trip with little kids means one thing...a lot of stuff to pack. We have stocked the house with some items to make your life easier! We have a pack-n-play, high chair/booster seat (the kind you strap to a chair), step stools for the bathrooms, plastic dishes/bowls/cups, kid silverware, and even an infant bathtub. These items will help reduce your packing stress! (Please keep in mind that these items are here for your connivence but you are using at your own risk. Please check all straps and follow all safety instructions. Manuals for these items can be found online).

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT:
We have poured our hearts and souls into this house and it shows! We have tried to think of all the extras that will make your stay more enjoyable. From the small things like having hangers in all the closets to the bigger things like offering kid items, bikes and kayaks... we truly care about making your stay here as stress free as possible. We want you to relax, have fun, and make memories. With this house, you aren't dealing with a big rental company with split focus.
