Family-Friendly Duplex Near Beaches and Local Shops! - A Place In Paradise Unit

Very clean and cozy. The property is beautiful and so convenient to the beach; only about a 3-5 m in walk. Also very close (walkable) to shops and restaurants.

Great location, walking distance to hear places on the island. Excellent communication. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

the location was great! the cottage itself was ok. new furniture but needs a working table & more seating. Hot water was fine in showers but took forever in sinks.

The rental was super nice inside and also very clean. It has a great location, only two blocks to the beach and it includes beach chairs and wagons. Restaurants and shops were also just a couple blocks away. We walked daily all around the area. The outside grill was nice to have available for use as well. We did have a couple issues we encountered on our stay that are worth mentioning. As someone else pointed out in a review, we had no hot water in the kitchen for dishes, even after letting it run for a while. It was available in the bathroom but took a while to get there. Unfortunately the memory foam mattresses were extremely hard/firm and very uncomfortable. I realize this is a personal preference that many people are ok with, but for us it is a deal breaker that would prevent us from returning.

This property is perfect for a family of 4 or group of 4. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and several shops and restaurants. Parking was available for up to 2 cars.Everything was very clean and there were plenty of towels, including beach towels. There were also beach chairs avaliable for use. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Just a short walk to the beach and multiple restaurants. Nicely updated duplex with lots of kitchenware and good size rooms. Perfect stay.

Great location, easy to walk to the beach. Bed was very firm as others have said in their reviews. Very clean accommodations. There are no extras in cupboards like salt/pepper/cooking oil/etc - you must get everything you need at the Publix nearby for your stay. The beach chairs and wagon were nice to have onsite, and I left an umbrella for the next guests since we were flying home. Happy with our stay and AMI! Thanks

My family stayed in the adjoining property last year and were thrilled to find this unit available for our trip this year. We absolutely loved staying here. The location is perfect. The prooerty management is very attentive to your needs as a guest. This unit has everything that a family needs to enjoy AMI the right way. Staying on AMI doesn't have to break the bank! You can stay close to everything on the north side of the island, have everything you need (including space), and be 2 blocks from the beach. We will gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

The management company is horrible with customer service. There were no trash cans upon arrival, the yard was not cleaned, garbage and recycling were not picked up. There was noHot water at the kitchen sink and no dishwasher. This was a health issue. The furniture was cheap. Put together furniture with the numbers and letters still on.

Comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath, nice and clean. Excellent, fast response from the Property Mgt. co. The propane grill and the toaster were replaced the very next day after my complain that they were not working! Two blocks from the beach...

This little place was perfect for our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed - hairdryer, washer/dryer, all the kitchen utensils you would ever need, beach chairs, 4 beach towels, patio table. It's an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Two things that need attention - the bathtub doesn't drain well when someone takes a shower and the king bed mattress isn't very comfy.

The cottage was very clean, king bed was firm and comfortable for us. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms. We enjoyed having the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to walk the 2 blocked to the beach. We would stay here again.
