Stayed Sep 19, 2025I would stay here again and would suggest to others as well. I would like to suggest updates to the shower heads and cleaning the frains in the shower in the middle. The water doesn't drain well making the tub a bit dirty. The shower handles in the back room seem to have lost threading making it a bit difficult to get the water temp right. And the floors wrre a nit dirty. I had new socks on a d they had quite a bit of dirt on them. Other than that, the house is great! The location is quiet and it was super easy to get hold of the host.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025We were very comfortable during our stay. Minor issues: the dining table is a bit small and the showerhead in the main bathroom didn't work well.

Stayed Jan 10, 20256 of us stayed in this bnb for a wedding over the weekend. Plenty of space, good amount of amenities. Host allowed me a WAY early check in which was awesome and communication was great throughout our stay. Will be using again!

Stayed Dec 19, 2024Bummer that to let the dog out you have to go through the Master Bedroom then the bathroom. Could not tell by the listing that that was needed. Floors seemed very dusty/dirty, as soon as we got there we had an appointment to get our dog groomed so it wasn't due to the dog but if you walked through the house barefoot your feet were black !

Stayed Nov 15, 2024This house was perfect for us while we were here to help our daughter move. It was clean and comfortable and close to a variety of shopping. The neighbors on the court were friendly. We would choose to stay here again.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024This home was clean and well kept and everything in great working order. Perfect for the family to rest and relax as well as a toddler to run around in the back yard. Neighborhood was quiet yet close to everything. Has to be the best rental we’ve stayed at to date. Will definitely come back the next time we need to be in Phoenix.
