Awesome house has everything you will need for your stay in Cedar City. Very good location if you want to attend the Shakespeare Festival. Comfortable beds, attractive furnishings, nice big kitchen. It was hot in Cedar and the AC worked very well. Nice set up for a family. Would definitely stay again!!!
Amazing place! Very clean, organized and highly Equipted. We had everything we needed.
Clean, great location!
Nice clean place
We spent two weeks at this property. The house is very spacious, with a convenient huge garage. We especially enjoyed the backyard!! Patio furniture, grill, mature trees for plenty of shade, beautiful view. Would stay here again
The accommodations were okay/average at best. It had most of what you would need for a stay with exception of a traditional coffee maker. Although there is plenty of sleeping area for six. There wasn’t enough seating in the family room. The washer and dryer work great. Being able to park in the garage was also a plus. The location is close to the downtown area and the university. However, the street can get very busy with school traffic. The interior was clean with the exception of an additional blanket that was laid on the bed in the master bedroom. The master bed was worn and uncomfortable for us, we prefer a firm mattress. The exterior yard area, front and back, were unkept, nothing like the photos.
Stayed here for Summer Games. It was perfect!
We enjoyed the very clean and updated home. Well stocked with extra pillows blankets and everything you need in the kitchen. Beautiful private back yard that is well maintained. The whole family loved the home.
This was our first time to this area of Utah and we loved the visit! Our accommodations were very clean, comfortable with a convenient location for all of our day trips! We would recommend this VRBO to our friends and family for future visits! Thank you, Gary & Karen G Mark & Teri R Minnesota
We enjoyed outlet stay at this home. Nice spacious house. Had everything we would need. Comfy beds, extra blankets, games, grill. Overall highly recommend!
We chose this location because it was pretty much between Bryce and Zion National Parks. Easy drive to both parks.
Very nice stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at your property. It was perfect for our family of 3. It was well stocked with what we needed and loved the flower fold of the t.p. in bathrooms. The yard was cute, our girls loved climbing in the tree. And the location was perfect as well. We were able to visit our son who just moved in the area. And it was very comfortable.
The property was pleasant to stay in and clean upon our arrival. The area was enjoyable and safe. The only suggestion I have is that a coffee table would be beneficial in the living room.
Kerig coffee with 6 servings for 3 adults, 3 nights is ridiculous. Had to go out and buy and it's expensive. Also, never had to supply my own bath soup or paper towels . Luckily, to was sufficient.
Exceptional. Perfectly laid-out and easy to navigate with children and pets. This house was perfect for us! We had our two English Labs with us, so the yard was just what we needed for them to stay out all day and play in the grass and shade...and 100% fenced! The home's interior is simple yet comfortable and welcoming with a well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful amenities such as highchair, kid dishes & utensils, and pack 'n play. Our local contact person, Mary, was excellent...great communications, and gave us helpful info about the area as we are considering a move to Cedar City. Overall, we highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
It’s a compact and simple but completely adequate house. We were able to meet all our needs and have a good time.
