Family-friendly bungalow in downtown Cody! Also corporate monthly rental rates

This house was incredibly cute, clean and the location was fabulous. With that being said…The bathroom door does not close all the way. You can hear everything. It’s just not polite. The mattress in the main bedroom needs replaced desperately. I slept on the couch, hubby slept in bedroom because the crease in the middle of the mattress is significant. We both rolled into it. (Both of us tried sleeping in it the first two nights . It wasn’t possible. Dead bugs in the light fixture above the bed of the master bedroom. There are a lot. The dumpster we were supposed to use for our garbage is being used by the neighborhood all hours of the night. Most importantly, it would have been nice to know before we booked this house that a house next door was under construction. So loud, foul mouths on the construction crew and up at 7:15 every week day for when they started. Early one morning there was a skid stear that ran back and forth under our bedroom window. The blinds in the dining room don’t close so the construction crew had a Birds Eye view of me walking around. We had a parking spot in front of the house but the construction crew had trucks and trailers parked right against us.we left a day early. They were preparing to pour concrete on the new construction. We couldn’t take another day of that.

The cottage was very cute and it was nice to have a kitchen and a W/D. The mattress in the main bedroom had a little dip in the middle, which was a little uncomfortable but easily fixable. There was no AC in the main living area, but we contacted the owner of the property and she promptly took care of it. We would definitely recommend this cottage for a stay in Cody.

Kitchen was O.K. Some of the kitchen gadgets were old or did not work. Weather was nice so we did not use AC? heater.During our stay a house was being built next door. construction worker started to work 6AM all the time except Sunday. Construction noise draw us crazy. Construction workers standing and talking 2-3 feet away from our bedroom every morning made unbearable. Owners was nice people but they should have let us know ahead of time so we can reschedule. They were inconsiderate from this view point.

Beautiful older cottage, reminded me so much of my grandparents home. Pictures was accurate of the cottage. Loved the place and the ease to get there. Right downtown with many things to do within walking distance. Seen a deer eating grass across the street one evening. Was so nice to see up close, but still at a safe distance. We will definitely be back to rent again.

Perfect for families and kids. Clean, with plenty of amenities, great art and a generous book collection.

The bungalow was close to downtown (an easy walk), and had great ammenities to use during our stay. It is an old house and thus has some quirks. The bathroom door latches via a chain, the windows don't open very easily, the a/c does its best to cool the rooms it is in, and the doors are sticky. Overall, the host was very accomadating and quick to respond to any issues we had.

We thoroughly enjoyed your accommodations! It is clean, cozy, and so convenient to the main street of Cody. We are so pleased!

Spent a week in Cody researching potential areas to relocate to. This home was the perfect place to stay - offered me a chance to stay in one of Cody's neighborhoods, is within walking distance to everything, is quiet and very quaint inside. Would stay here again if given the chance!

What a great quiet spot to explore Cody in the surrounding areas. Very clean and well thawed out and nice and easy walk to town!! Loved it!!

This little house is in a very convenient location to all Cody has to offer, on a quiet side street within walking distance of the Center for the West museum complex, Cody's vibrant downtown, and other attractions. It's filled with period details that are quite charming--the collection of 1930s to 1950s kitchen canisters and cooking gadgets, and the collection of vintage salt shakers are fun touches! All of those period collectables can make it feel a bit crowded. But again, they're charming and very much part of the era of the house. When I stayed there, it was chilly inside as the wall heater in the living room was inoperable (the host let me know and apologized and was having it repaired), but it was otherwise very comfortable. For a big group, note that the rooms are true to the age of the house--small and low-ceilinged. But if you're looking for charm, coziness and convenience, this will more than fit the bill! And the host is very responsive.

Quiet little neighborhood, cutest little house with EVERYTHING you need. Seriously felt right at home, in the best way. Deer hung out in the yard most of the 4 days we stayed, too! Definitely recommend this place. Owner was super nice, to top off a great stay.

This really is a bit of American history. Part built with a Sears house kit in 1929, it retains a lot of the original bits, like staying in an antique house, i loved it

Great location in Cody. Easy access to everything. Older house but clean.

The property was exactly as advertised and quite nice, but the amount of instruction the owner left you was silly, like why am I paying this cleaning fee if you want me to do everything. That being said, was a very nice property and anyone looking to stay in Cody should consider it.

This was a very cute property in a convenient location, with good amenities. I would stay here again.
