Family-Friendly Beachfront Townhouse w/Great Views, Deck, Shared Outdoor Pool

Great area for the family. Close to beach and a sandy area right outside the back that young children can play while adults sit on deck watching.

Centrally located and in walking distance to Secrets, Dumster’s, Mini Golf and more. There is nothing like the sunrise from the deck here and having the beach as your backyard!

I left a bag in Ocean Colony 3 and it was apparently never found. This company is untrustworthy! If you do rent this place out, don’t forget anything because you won’t get it back. The quality was fine but definitely could have used a better cleaning job. They also should upgrade the furniture and bathrooms! Some of the sinks were loose and the shower curtain downstairs has mold all over it!

Loved the decks. Great view from the upper one and the main one was large enough to hold all our beach chairs and umbrellas and still have room for 10 to sit comfortably. Walk out to the beach was easy..liked shaded private parking for cars and home is very roomy. Furniture in upstairs bedroom and blinds need some repairs.

We loved the view and direct access to a section of the beach that wasn't as crowded as it is further south at the boardwalk.

Not clean,too many broken things to list here! Seniors beware of master on 3rd floor. Per photo's I thought there were 4 actual bedrooms but one is a breakfast room with a pull out. The only good thing was the location! I was grossed out by the furniture and bedding! Stains on everything. My grandkids made a joke video about all the issues with this house, thats how bad it was.

Lots of disrepair: broken leg on bed, outdoor light hanging off the wall, closet in top floor bedroom was unusable (crammed with debris), broken deck furniture, etc. Great location, but needs a great deal more attention.

-Broken furniture. -Exposed staples on cheap, broken particle board furniture. -In the bedroom with double queen beds the bed frame for the bed closest to the window is just poorly placed behind the tv. The bed is on the floor on a box spring. -Broken closet doors. -Closets stuffed so full of crap that you can’t even use them for their actual intended purpose. -Broken blinds. Again. All stuffed inside the closets with the broken closet door. I have screenshots of a conversation where someone lied about the vertical blinds being fixed. They were broken years ago. Blankets have to be placed on the window in order to provide any privacy. -The single piece of furniture on the 3rd floor balcony is broken. -The light fixture on the 3rd floor balcony is dangling from a loose wire. -Most of the lamps are broken or not functional in some way (held together with duct tape/lamp shades not able to be attached) -Broken is the theme here. The place is filthy. Not only has it not been cleaned anytime recently, it has not been cleaned properly anytime in the last 5 years. The Clorox wipe and sticker slapped on the toilet hardly count. Greasy, spaghetti stained hand prints on the windows, the same spaghetti finger prints on the dresser handles, tons of food and dust under the fridge and range, remnants of either food or animal feces in the nightstand drawer, cigarette burns on the provided sheets that were on the bed when we arrived, popsicle sticks behind the same bed, filthy mattress pads, paper thin mattresses in 1 of the 3 bedrooms. I’m sure there’s more surprises waiting to be uncovered. The dust is so thick in spots that it comes off of things like a puff of smoke. The stuff that actually is provided is cheap and bottom of the barrel effort for furnishing a place. On top of that it’s falling apart. If you look outside on the porch and compare it to the other properties it’s just plain pathetic. A single, cheap picnic table with no umbrella. A lounge chair that is broken. The nicest thing out there might be the dollar store kiddie pool. The runner up is the safety hazard of stairs that go directly to the sand. Have fun breaking your neck because fixing them is clearly out of the budget when you’re charging over $7000/week. Both the owners of the property and Vacasa should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this place to be in the disgusting state that it is in. The ONLY good thing about this unit is the location.

The location is amazing, literally on the beach. But the house needs deep cleaning and strong maintenance. Carpets and shower curtains were really filthy. 2 of the comforters were really dirty, one of them had pieces of old food stuck on it (Vacasa did provide new comforters once I contacted them about this issue), some of the dishes stored in the cabinets were dirty. Many of the vertical blinds were broken/missing, drawers from the dresser were broken, many lights did not work, some closets had trash on them, the driveway was firthy, the dryer did not have a filter, there was a broken chair on the balcony (that was removed by vacasa). When we arrived to the property, there was a bed frame without a mattress in one of the rooms, which was a safety hazards for my little kids. Vacasa did solve this issue, but it is really evident the property was not inspected by anyone before renting it.
