Family Friendly Beach Gathering Place

This spot was incredible! It had everything we needed from space, to features (like the outdoor shower, and amazing deck), parking and tons to do for everyone. 10/10 stay everyday of the week!

This was my second time staying at this property and it was perfect. Checking in and out was a breeze. We will be back again.

Great property, very clean and spacious. 9 adults for a golf weekend. Joyce was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely stay again.

Great property that is well maintained and conveniently located. We had seven adults and an infant and we fit comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

This house had plenty of spacious rooms and bathrooms for a family vacation. Grandparents, siblings, and children all had a great time. Multiple porches and a large deck in the backyard were perfect gatherings spaces for family after a day at the beach.

We were a group of 13 including 7 cousins (teenagers/young adults) and the house had so much room for all of us to gather together as well as for alone time if anyone needed it. We walked to the beach, just a bit over a mile, biked (several bikes and helmets were in the garage), bbq-ed.. it was just the perfect place to hang on a gloomy cold weekend.

This house has so much space- the listing does not do it justice. We were attending a festival in Westerly and did not spend too much time at the house but - if we did- there would have been plenty of space to gather, cook, and enjoy!

The house suited is very well for a wedding just up the road

We are a large family (13 adults and 1 child) staying to attend a wedding in RI. This place was wonderful! SOOO much room, and so much flexibility from the house manager! Joyce was very prompt in answering questions, and worked with us to make the coming and going of each family unit (and all our cars!) very convenient and easy. We did cook at the house some, and there were plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and silver for all of us! Beds were comfortable, water pressure great, outdoors decks were huge, walk to beach was quite close. We just wish we had more time to spend in the area, as the wedding events used up much of our time. Thank you for a lovely visit!

We had a short stay and Joyce was so easy to work with. She was extremely flexible and allowed us to check in a little bit early and check out a little bit late so that we could enjoy our short stay. The house was fantastic with multiple levels And two master bedroom suites with bathrooms on different levels. And a great bunk bedroom. The kitchen on the main level was fully stocked, and there was even a partial kitchen on the floor upstairs which we did not need to use. And a great deck on the front of the house for watching Sunset and a deck on the back of the house to eat outside for dinner. And it came with 2 passes for Dunes Beach, which was a great beach , about a mile from the house. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Tons of space to spread out, plenty of bedrooms for everyone, and all 3 (!) decks were awesome. The dunes beach was beautiful and it was great to have passes for there. We loved it!!

My friends and I stayed in the house for a reunion and had a great time. For a large group it was extremely spacious and accommodating, I think even better than the pictures portray it. Location was also perfect as we were 10 minutes to the beach and bars/restaurants in downtown. Was also very easy to communicate with the owner. Would stay again and highly recommend!
