Family friendly 5b/ 4ba sun-drenched home in Jefferson Park, 2 car garage!

Perfect place for our family visit. Everything we needed was available.

This is a MUST STAY if you visit Chicago. This home was soooo incredibly nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. This home is very spacious and well stocked. The modern upgraded bathrooms were so nice. Plenty of hot water and space as we all had to get ready fora wedding. The huge kitchen and eating area was very nice. The home was clean and cozy and well sucked with everything we needed and more. Conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores. We were able to walk to everything. I highly recommend the Thai restaurant on the corner just 800 feet away. Great backyard as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME!!! We will definitely be back here again whenever we visit our family nearby!!!

Home was in a great neighborhood that was close to places to eat and shop and about 20mis awayfrom Downtown. Had a great kitchen and was spacious. Rooms and bathrooms were great. Few things is that could have had a bbq cause it was a great weekend outside and could have had bigger frying pans for the kitchen(not a big deal), but we made it work and it was g cause we had a big group to cook for. Communication was great with Hosts and would definitely stay again. Had a blast!!

We all met in Chicago this year for our annual family reunion. Since we all live in different states this was the first time we’ve all met together in our home state. Property was perfect for our group.

Very spacious 3-story house, with bedrooms on each floor. Comfortable beds, and bedrooms have lots of space. Well-equipped, modern kitchen for preparing meals for a large group. Living room, dining room and kitchen are all in one big space, which was worked out very well for our group, especially our Christmas celebration. Garage was helpful, though there should be two garage door openers, one for each vehicle. Extra cards didnt have trouble parking a block or two away. Also, maybe not important to everyone, but we would prefer warmer, yellow-tinted lighting to the white lighting used in most of the house, which we find uninviting. But overall an excellent place for our large family to gather. Our group had no small children, but there seem to be some nice amenites for kids if wanted. Welcome snacks and water were a nice touch, and communication was good.

Host very accommodating to our family. Had snacks and water for all after a long day of traveling. Provided accessories for our young families and suggestions for our visit. Beautiful home with rooms for all. Garage a plus; we didn't have to deal with parking. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This property is exactly as it appears on the VRBO website.It is BEAUTIFUL and extremely spacious.I had 10 guests and we were quite comfortable. The host Sarah is kind, empathetic and responsive. The house was well kept, generally clean, welcoming/warm and homely. I liked the fact that there were amenities available that catered to our every need. The beds were exceptionally COMFORTABLE. The host had everything ready for us-some water, snacks, beds made, towels.This was helpful. The location was good because it is not far from O'hare airport and stores. It was mostly clean but we found some dirty spots in the rooms and bathrooms and also some of the utensils were dirty so we had to clean and rewash. The basement has a room but there is only 1 window but not much ventilation.Not sure how ventilation can be improved there.It gets quite stuffy. We were 11 people so we ran out of supplies quickly like paper towels and garbage bags which we had to buy because the host only gives a certain amount.Maybe this can be looked into based on the number of people and the number of days they will stay. I am not sure if it is because of the timezone but my check in information was not on the website when I needed it and I had to call the host and was helped immediately.
