Family friendly 4 bedroom townhome with attached 2 car garage & summertime A/C!

Beautiful clean property! Everything was very nice, including comfortable beds in every room. Sectional in living room was so comfy. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in Flagstaff. It was great to be able to park in the garage. Home was clean. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Could use coffee/tea/sugar and maybe some cheap storage containers. A few games would be fun to have and maybe a deck of cards. It is a beautiful home, thank you for sharing it with travelers.

Everything was as described. Great location. The host was easy to communicate with. We will return.

This home was perfect for our family of 7! Plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. It was also convenient to downtown but nice and quiet.

Yes the host was fine and the amenities were nice. The only issue was the fire place didn’t work to well.

Enjoyed the beauty of the area and the townhouse was upscale with contemporary furnishings, the listing was specific and right on about surrounding restaurants and stores. Parking was a small issue when we had company. Our host Phil was informative and helpful. Thank you, Phil! We were in town for a wedding and Flagstaff was a wonderful place to host the event.

We loved our week in Flagstaff! Such a great town with easy access to the South Rim, Sedona, the trifecta of local National Monuments, Bearizona and the lava tube. Not to mention everything downtown and the Lowell Observatory has to offer.

This was a great gathering spot for the whole family! We had 6 adults and three children and had more than enough room. Plenty of items stocked in the kitchen as well, so we were able to cook some of our meals as well. While the neighborhood isn't walkable, it is a quick drive to everything!

It was a great stay for the weekend. It was comfortable and the accommodations for us worked out well. The place was clean and we didn't have any issues. I would definitely rent again for another weekend trip. Parking is limited for larger-sized vehicles (Yukon, Suburban, etc.) I'd say plan accordingly for larger vehicles.

This place was great. We mainly used it just to sleep and shower as we were out and about doing other activities for our large family reunion. Great location and clean! Super easy check in process.

We could not get into the property despite having the correct code. It was taken care of, but it took a while. We were trying to accommodate the family of the bride for my son‘s wedding

The apt was very nice, has more than enough beds for our group! The location is close to supermarket and restaurant. We had a little problem with the door code and the owner was very helpful. We definitely will rent this apt again!

We were in Flagstaff for a football tournament and wanted something close to NAU, with room for a couple of families that didn't break the bank. This place was perfect. Everyone had plenty of room, bathrooms, and a nice big kitchen.

The property was as listed. It was a quiet unit just off Route 66. Easy to access all areas of Flagstaff.

Great location for our family vacation. Easy access to Sedona, Flagstaff, and Grand Canyon. The house listing was accurate and worked great for the 7 of us. The house could’ve been cleaner though. Host response to a couple of issues was very good.

Property was newer and clean!! Very clean! Secrional was super comfortable for our group to veg out after a day on the slopes. Large kitchen with eveything we needed and quality. Two garage spaces! We have an Expedition and Explorer in there with no issues. Third car parking is a little trickier as there is no driveway. It is a townhome complex. Would stay again without hesitation.

Enjoyed our stay at this townhome, very spacious and was able to ski and sled during the day and relax at night. Quiet neighborhood. Very large two car garage. Lots of stairs, so may not be ideal for everyone with the kitchen/living room on main floor and most bedrooms upstairs. Very large comfortable couch in living room. Kitchen has everything we needed. I think what would make it 5 stars would be if it had some outdoor space (theres no yard or patio, just a tiny deck), but we still enjoyed the rental.

Everything was wonderful from the cleanliness to interactions either the property manager. Location was perfect for what we needed since we were in Flagstaff for the graduation festivities!

Great stay. Enough room for everyone

We stayed at the townhouse from Sunday Sept 29- Thursday Oct 3 & our visit was to hike the Grand Canyon. There were six people in our group and we had plenty of space to hang out, relax and enjoy. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms good sized. The only negative was the washing machine was not working upon our arrival, and the amount of towels. Our Host Phil, said towels were provided (said to be enough for ten people) however, there were only 3 hand towels and no wash clothes so we ended up having to buy some. Phil, was very good about getting the washer fixed asap, but it wasn't until the day before we left so there wasn’t enough time for 6 people to do laundry. Phil was very good about responding to questions or concerns we had even though he was out of the country. The property had a nice, big garage which fit our Suburban. Lots of things to do close to the townhouse, which was a plus! All in all, a great space for a good price. Would definitely stay here again!!

An amazing property. Very clean, very spacious for a town home, and just a solid spot along the 66. Very happy with the price.

Clean, spacious, very well maintained, AC, great location, and very well equipped. The only recommendation is that be sure to have communication with the manager about the entry code number at list half hour before your arrival. Vrbo help us with that, great costumer service, and, later the manager communicated with us as well.

This home was perfect for our visit to Flagstaff. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and were very comfortable. The host was great and responsive to any questions we had about the property. We made meals at the house and had all the cooking items needed right at the house. It was a great visit.

To start, Phillip, the owner, was very responsive, welcoming and great at communicating with us. Why did we pick this property? Because we wanted a location that gave us access to several local tourist attractions (Snowbowl, Observatory, the train in Williams, Downtown Historic District, hiking, Bearazizona, etc.), and this property was PERFECT. We had two adults and a 16-year-old with two 12-year-olds (all boys). Everyone enjoyed their own rooms. We cooked 2 of the 3 nights and the home had all the cookware, dishes, etc. we needed. We even had the option of a Keurig or old school drip coffee maker! Beds were very comfortable, with soft sheets and extra blankets and the home was clean and well appointed. The sectional couch easily fit all of us to enjoy a little TV at night after long days of adventure. The home is surrounded by tall, beautiful trees giving you the feeling of being in the forest, yet super convenient to everything we needed. The balcony was a nice touch and we all enjoyed it at different times. You don't hear the road noise when inside the unit and the private garage was super nice! We would strongly recommend but do be aware there are multiple sets of stairs. Although this unit shares walls with the neighbors, we did not hear a sound - so very well insulated. If we are lucky enough to return to Flagstaff, we would definitely consider renting this unit again!

Our family of 4 stayed with another family of 4 to go skiing and we had a great time. Plenty of space and everything we needed. Garage parking was a plus! Would return again!
