Stayed Oct 4, 2025We had a wonderful week. Great location and super quick walk to beach either direction. Uncrowded beaches. Really nice back yard pool that we enjoyed. We had our own gear but Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, wagons available to use.

Stayed Sep 6, 2025Was disappointed in a few items: back deck spindles - several were found to be rotten (disconnected) by our young grandchildren (safety concern), back stairs and deck - protruding nail heads, rotten boards, the umbrella at the pool was not in good condition (torn with broken frame). The jets and skimmer didn't seem to be working correctly either. We enjoyed our time at the house. For the money, it should have been better maintained. The host was responsive to requests for information.

Stayed Dec 20, 2024Property was average except for heating system. Majority of warm air goes to upstairs bedroom and u freeze down stairs. Very uncomfortable in cold weather.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Wayne’s property was the perfect place to celebrate a week of family time at the beach! Its proximity to bars and restaurants in Grayton Beach also allowed us to rest and relax after the sun went down. We’ll be back!

Stayed Jun 15, 2024We stayed a week. Loved the kitchen, den, porch and pool very much. The bedroom off the den was hot and had poor ventilation. The upstairs bathroom was very pretty but had poor water pressure. The kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed the artwork and the lovely swing under the house. Thank you for a great week!!

Stayed May 18, 2024We had a great time staying at the Walker Beach house. They had everything we needed. The pool was great and had some nice shade in the afternoon. A very short walk to the boardwalk to the beach made it easy to go to and from the beach all day. Wayne was very responsive to our needs and was an exceptional host! We would love to stay here again next year.
