This is a large home with plenty of room to spread out, which was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own space, and the layout made it easy to relax together without feeling crowded. While the home is a bit older, it’s well cared for and the location more than makes up for it, close to everything and super convenient for getting around. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and essentials, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great during our stay. Overall, this home offered excellent value, tons of space, and an unbeatable location. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at in Panama City Beach! The house was impeccably clean and spacious, offering plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook delicious meals, which was a big plus for us. One of the highlights was the incredibly short walk to the beach—just perfect for quick trips back and forth throughout the day. The Shoreline team was great with communication, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We definitely plan to return and would highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Panama City Beach!

Location of property is good and has a nice pool that is private. The good ends there. This unit is filthy and in need of a very deep cleaning. It needs to be painted, lightbulbs and fixtures replaced and air filters replaced. We spent 2 hours trying to surface clean the unit so we felt comfortable staying. This made the unit a little better but it needs a serious cleaning. There is years of filth (dust and grime) on doors, walls, switches, floors, ceilings (mold in bathrooms), essentially no surface is clean and it would take a fills day or 2 to deep clean. The AC unit was struggling so I checked the filter and there is no way it has been changed in a year or more, seriously the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. I communicated all of this to the renter and only got one response about sending someone to clean and an air filter. I told them we were only there a few days and tried to make livable but a deep clean was required. I did ask for a filter to be sent out, that never happened and no one ever reached back out. I believe the cleaning fee here is $300 and is laughable. I recommend finding another unit until someone confirms that this has been cleaned. It has a great location, pool and layout.

We had a wonderful stay! House had plenty of room and was so close to the beach and walking distance to several restaurants. We will be back next year for sure!

Our family had a wonderful time in this coastal home. Beach access was just across the street and the pool was perfect for relaxing in and for the kids to play in. Our family of 12 had plenty of room and did not feel crammed. The third floor deck was perfect for sitting on at night to watch fireworks and listen to the calming waves. If we are ever able to make this trip againd, we will definitely use this property again.

Seas the Day was a perfect set up for our 10member group. It was quiet, private, and well equipped. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Access to the beautiful Gulf Beach was wonderful. We can’t wait to return.

Great location! it was a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well supplied, which made cooking for the family easy. The beach was a short walk! We had a great family weekend get away!

The house and location are perfect for a family vacation. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for 8 of us and we didn't even use the room on the top floor. The house is very close to 2 beach accesses so the walk to the beach was easy. we loved the pool at night and even sometimes in the morning before heading down to the beach, It was definitely a favorite spot for the kids. This was the second time we have stayed at this house and hope to be able to stay there again.

Our stay was everything I could have hoped for and more. The proximity to the beach, the inviting pool area, and the spaciousness of the home all contributed to an unforgettable vacation experience. I cannot recommend this beach house enough to anyone looking for the perfect coastal retreat. I can't wait to return and create even more cherished moments in this wonderful beach getaway!
