Family Beach Getaway

The house was great and fully stock with everything that we needed for our trip! Sandy was an amazing host, very helpful with our questions about the area and very accommodating. Will definitely rent from her again when we come back to the area!

Overall, the house was great. However, I wished there was a waste baskets available in the master bathroom, rugs on the bathroom floors, laundry basket for dirty towels or at least bleach to wash them. Lastly, I didn’t know that the remotes were in a drawer by the bed so I couldn’t watch tv in the master bedroom room. The master bedroom bed squeaks and the house could use a fresh pop of color paint. There were noticeable smudges on the white walls. House was close to all of the major spots. The host, Sandy was very accommodating with items that we use while at the beach, before our stay, early checkin and made herself available 24 hours. I did not bother her about the above items that I mentioned (just to be fair).

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great- on a quiet street with no traffic and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great place on Canal Road, just down the road from Doc’s & G. T.’s. Quiet neighborhood. We stayed here while our grandson played in baseball tournament. Very clean & host was great! Definitely recommend

My family had a great time at orange beach. Our stay at Sandy’s home was perfect. A nice size home where you have plenty of room. The umbrellas and other beach supply that was provided came in handy and saved money from not having to rent them at the beach. The drive to beach was always quick and short about 8 minutes and that’s during memorial weekend. Thanks again for the hospitality Sandy! My family appreciates you and your beautiful home!

This is a beautiful home with lots of amenities. They have a large back deck with a grill and patio furniture, umbrella beach toys and beach umbrella. Very comfortable beds and anything you need to cook with. You would not be disappointed in the least. Would definitely rent this home again.

My friend and I stayed here for to attend a wedding at the Coastal Art Center. The host was very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

The Wharf boat show was very enjoyable and this house was conveniently located just a few minutes away. We were able to go to dinner at GT’S which was a couple blocks from the house and also very good. The house was clean and comfortable and the owner was very accommodating.

Sandy was a great host and the home was decorated so beautifully! She was very hospitable and wanted to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do from fishing in the gulf to shopping at the outlet! We hope to come back soon and stay again!

Every part of this property is impressive. The outside is so well maintained. We were even more pleased with the well decorated and super clean interior. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. The house was stocked with everything we could have needed. This is a well maintained and comfortable house with decor that is far above expectations. The location was convenient to the beach and restaurants and was quiet. I would absolutely choose Sandy Point again.

Sandy was very responsive to my questions and everything at the property was just as listed. Very clean and safe location! Great for our family! She even had sand toys beach chairs and beach towels for us to usen

We found this property to be just right if you’re looking for peace and quiet yet close to quality restaurants and great beaches. We plan to make this a return trip location. The host is very easy to work with and is quick to respond when assistance is needed.

The property was perfect for us. We had plans at two separate locations for the weekend. The home was located close to both as well as food, shopping and the beach! The house was clean, spacious and provided us with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
