Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and four separate living areas so small groups could play games, read, or work on puzzles. The kitchen was well-stocked and the property was very clean. A super location--convenient to Harbor Town, South Beach, and the Sea Pines Beach Club.

We loved the house! I wish we had been informed that there would be construction going on 8:30am-5:00pm every single day - both across the street and directly next door. The construction created non stop noise of hammering & saws.

Troy an amazing house with the perfect location so that we could bike to South Beach, Harbourtown, and the beach club. We also love that we could have our dog with us and the rental agency was fantastic.

The property was great. Beautiful house with lots of room. Very clean and inviting. Great pool area and pet friendly. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We loved our trip. Will book again.

The house is fantastic and beautiful. The location in Sea Pines is absolutely perfect (so many great activities and restaurants and shops), the pool is beautiful, and the beach is a quick trip. We used their suggestions to rent a crib and beach gear and both were awesome. The AC broke briefly and the property manager came over within minutes and had it fixed within one hour!

We had a great week at this property. We were there during the RBC heritage golf tournament and it worked out great. The house was spotless and loved the location. The house was very spacious and was just as described. We definitely recommend this house and would stay again if we come back for another visit.

The kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels and a big laundry room. The location is great, about a 10 minute bike ride to Harbour Town and a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. The bike path is right behind the house. We'll be back next year!

Reviewer Comments: House is beautiful, surrounded by gorgeous foliage, palm trees, creek complete with an alligator, perfect pool and patio, Lovely decor, gorgeous windows, well stocked kitchen with everything needed, comfy bed (we only used one), upscale stove, bar area in kitchen was super fun! Hardwood floors need a better clean - bit sticky in spots, and the couch in living room needs a shampoo to clean up some spots. This property is not close to beach, it’s a good bike ride away- but that was part of the fun! We would stay again!

The house is exactly as described. It is very accommodating and clean. We'll be back next year!
