Family and pet friendly home w/fire pit and only 5 min from beach access

We really enjoyed our stay ! The check in process was smooth and instructions of how to get in were easy peasy. The home is very spacious and it fit our family of 5 perfectly. Perfect location, close to beach access and restaurants. Communication was great, always checking in on us and making sure we did not need anything. We hope to come back soon ?!

The house was just right for the 5 of us, beautiful back yard, fun fire pit and a grill. Very close to eveything, 10 mins or less to all the places we visited during our stay. Will definitely book again in the future.

We rented this property so that we could be close to the venue for my sons wedding and it was perfect. We were able to go back-and-forth as needed without getting out on the busy highway. The house was clean and well stocked with everything that we needed for our stay Check in and check out was a breeze

This property was in a great location and was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked as well as the entire house with all your needed amenities for a beach stay. Karen went out of her way to help me in booking the house and was very kind. Great place to stay overall!!

The house was more than what we expected. The space and location for the price was well worth it. It was a 5 minute drive to the public beach access and just 12 minutes away from Destin. We enjoyed playing cornhole and hanging out in the backyard and cooking in the spacious kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

I have debated on leaving review as this was my first time to use VRBO. But I will try to be as accurate and fair as possible. The property was very nice and had everything we needed. Unfortunately there was a lack of communication between myself and the property manager which at first seemed like no big deal. We had a small dog with us and paid the pet deposit. On the fifth night we were there, the dog damaged a blind in the living room. We had been gone that afternoon and when we got back and saw the blind damaged we immediately contacted the property manager to pay to have the blind replaced. I am assuming that the neighbor who was going on a rampage yelling and throwing rocks spooked the dog and caused the dog damaged the blind. We did not get a response until the next morning which was the day we were leaving. The property manager asked for a picture and i sent it to her and she never replied back. The day after we checked out the owner messaged me to pay almost $300 for carpet shampooing, the blinds, and 2 hours worth of labor for blind for installation. I explained that I would not pay for carpets as the dog was not allowed in the carpeted rooms at all. I tried multiple times to pay for the blinds but I told them I would not pay for 2 hours labor on a mini blind. I should have communicated with the property manager when we arrived due to 5 bags of garbage being in the back yard- no plugger for the toilet that was clogged when we arrived, as we wanted no issues.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was great and had everything we could possibly need. The bed in the master was absolutely amazing! Beautiful place and would definitely like to visit again!
