Frank and Sharon are excellent hosts! Sharon met us at the house to give us a tour and explain how things work. I had mention casually ahead of time that we were hoping to do some hiking and she had written down a list of places to go. So thoughtful! The house is comfortable and a great place from which to explore the beautiful natural world around Las Vegas!

House is huge. Having actual cable tv was awesome. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was terrific!

Sharon was very helpful with everything. She answered all our questions and sorted any issues we had. My family had a wonderful vacation at the property. We hope to return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay here, communication was great with property manager and owner. Very quiet neighborhood, felt safe and comfortable there. Easy access to airport, Vegas and surrounding areas. The hospitality binder had lots of good information on dining etc. Definitely a better option than a huge resort with your own private pool and hot tub. Several groceries nearby to pick up drinks and food essentials. We had a grocery delivery scheduled shortly after our arrival, which worked perfectly!! 4 nice bedrooms made it ideal for multiple couples. Would highly recommend!!!

Absolutely loved this house!! Sharon was wonderful to deal with and communicated very well. She met us at the house when we arrived and was super helpful. The neighborhood was great and we felt safe there. House had a very homey feel and we had plenty of room to spread out. Would most definitely stay here agin.

Great house and pool. Overall a really great house. One recommendation- update the pillows in the Master.

Great location, great home and great Owner and manager

We were grateful to find a place for three couples to stay fora week where we had plenty of room (that master, oh my!) that was close enough to the airport and strip but far enough from all the chaos. Sharon greeted us and gave us a quick run down so we had absolutely no questions during our stay and although we’re didn’t need it. I knew I could reach out to her any time of day! We had great battles at the pool table and want to come back when it’s warmer for the pool in the amazing back yard! Thank you for a positive stay!

We had an amazing time staying in this house!! The greeting by Sharon started us off in a great mood for our vacation. Her warm hospitality while showing us the house was a pleasant surprise! She made sure that we knew where everything was and how everything worked on the property. We cannot recommend this property enough!! This is a large home which was perfect for our family in town for a family wedding! The location is great for access to anything you can possibly want. And the property manager, Sharon, could not have been more helpful. This is not a newer home, however. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved the location, the house and especially the pool & spa. There were some spa issues but Sharon got on that, even though it didn't bother us. Bedrooms were nice, but my only complaint for the master bed was the sheets were a little threadbare and the bottom sheet wouldn't stay on the bed, it kept popping off. I'm glad I took my own pillow, as I don't like king pillows, but I know other people do. It would have been nice to have some glass serving bowls in the kitchen & maybe a few more utensils, but we made everything work. It was nice to have the plastic cooler. We brought one, but it was nice to have an extra for drinks, and not take up the refrigerator space! The neighborhood was quiet and presented well. If you want to gamble, it's only about 5 minutes to Sunset Station. The garage was great to have during those 110 degree days. We could fit both SUV's in there. Would definitely stay there again, if we ever want to vacation in Vegas again!

Our yearly girls trip was so relaxing! The house was great, clean and the pool was wonderful! So nice to stay off the strip! Sharon was very nice and accomodating . Would stay here again!

The well-kept house is located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood close to the airport and The Strip. We were in Las Vegas to attend a 3-night concert at The Sphere. This house allowed us to get away from the casino resorts and crowds and relax in the pool/hot tub. We enjoyed the space and fully equipped kitchen. Sharon met us at the house to show us everything and answer all our questions. We will stay here again when back in Las Vegas!
