Great location. Worked well for my family. The area behind the house was perfect for playing with the non skiers.

Rental company was extremely responsive, house suited our large group very well! We had a few minor issues which the property management addressed immediately. We will be back.

More space than we ever needed!! Huge hottub. Gorgeous sunset views. Close to the Snowshoe Village, but far enough away for privacy. Beds were really comfortable. Clean, well-equipped kitchen, but was missing an ice cream scoop :) I would also suggest getting a knife block instead of having them in a drawer. Could not get the shower to work in one of the bathrooms. Listing picture had a grill and picnic table shown on deck - neither one of those was present despite me calling ahead of time to confirm grill presence. Management was easy to work with - very nice staff member!!

The location is the best spot on the mountain ... ski in ski out close enough to walk to the village and a great hot tub .... the deck could have used a bit of extra snow removal as the ski storage location requires going down steps that were not cleared and the instructions asked that the ski gear only go there ... was warned ahead of time that the place is not stocked ... it is not ... not even salt ... so be prepared to bring supplies or make a grocery run

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cute round house is in an awesome location. You can ski in/ski out. Some restaurants are within walking distance & a small grocery store is less than a mile away. The place itself was cozy & comfortable, with an amazing view. The hot tub was wonderful! It's in need of a good deep cleaning as most surfaces were very dusty, but the areas where you cook and sleep were clean. The downstairs couch is in desperate need of replacing (the fake leather is peeling off) & a manual for the tv's is needed as we never could get the tv's to work (we see that other reviewers couldn't either). A 4-wheel drive vehicle is needed to access or exit this location. We had an AWD, but the snowplow came through & buried our car. We requested a shovel from management, but instead had to borrow a shovel from a house nearby. Management was busy & have many rental houses to care for. We'd love to return, but will remember to bring a shovel of our own. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time, and found the management staff to be friendly.

This house is situated nicely at the top of cup run, and just a short walk over to the powder monkey lift. This is our first house experience compared to staying at expedition station (hotel like). It makes your trip 10x better when you can park 30 feet from your front door, and have an excess of space for 10 plus people to relax after a day on the slopes. The room for our boards/skis was great. This house has 5 bedrooms plus a loft with a twin bed, so it suited our group nicely. 1 bedroom does have bunk beds. Dual kitchens worked out great so we could have a drink fridge and a food fridge. Internet and dish tv worked flawlessly and above expectations. The deck and view of mountain was great, and the hot tub seats 6-9, which was also more than expected. Hutch 6 is a great property, Debbie the broker from mountain valley realty was our contact and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend and we will be returning!!!

Lots of big things right with this place; some little things wrong. Great location, nice sunset view, friendly property manager, and plenty of bedrooms for a group. The kitchen is well put together and looks to have been recently refreshed. There’s a good selection of pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, and whatnot. Lots of spare linens and blankets. Hot tub! And it’s super convenient to Snowshoe proper but you’re relatively isolated. The main access between the floors is a narrow spiral staircase; some people may be more comfortable going outside to go between floors. Let none of the following detract from your willingness to rent. The living room furniture is kind of worn out and a little busted in general. The AV system is a horror show if you’re not willing to fiddle with things. When we were there, it looks like they were in process of a remodel as the valley-facing windows had no blinds and there was exposed wood. The gas fireplace is janky and not combusting right; we basically turned it off. Opportunity for improvement - put in a picnic table on the deck! It’s lovely out there in summer. Would stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place had a beautiful view of the mountains; it was on a quiet road on a quiet side of the mountain. There were deer and fawns in front of the house everyday. We stayed here in July/August in the off-season. We were happy with our stay b/c we wanted to get away and this place provided that. The kitchen was updated and well-stocked with everything that I needed to be able to cook all our meals for the week. The fridge had an ice/water dispenser and the water tasted good. I deducted a few stars on the general condition of the property because there was something small that was broken or in need of repair in about every room such as: broken bathroom outlet that I reported, broken drawers or missing drawer pulls, couch springs hanging to the floor so you sink into the couch, wobbly dining chairs that we tightened, dust, some minor things, etc. Each room needs a bit of TLC. It took 1-2 days to figure out the TV stuff; I'm so glad we brought our own Roku to hook hubby is technically inclined and it took about 30-40 minutes to finally figure out each of the 2 TV's that we used. I deducted 1 star for cleanliness b/c we discovered cheerios on the floor, a few shards of broken plastic pieces in the carpet, and dust in many places. Through the check-out app, I made some recommendations to the realty company on some things that needs addressed or would be nice to have; I will spare you that info. The pictures show a picnic table on the front deck, but there no table, only 1 broken metal we couldn't sit outside and enjoy the weather. I liked that it had a king bed and we slept comfortably in it. I liked that it had a hot tub. There are tons of extra pillows in various cabinets throughout the house; however, there were not any extra pillow cases except for the ones on the beds...you'd think with 10+ extra pillows that there would be extra bring your own extras if you like lots of pillows to sleep with.

The property is decorated nicely and overall experience was good. The owner needs to begin some mlnor repairs before things get out of hand. Some water stains on ceiling means roof repair, the island in the kitchen has trim that needs tacked down, shampooing the carpet may give it some life, furniture in general should be replaced it's showing a lot of wear, couch in main living room needs replaced, when you sit on it, it sinks to the ground. You may want to invest in a window air conditioning unit for the summer. Even with windows open and fans on it was stuffy. Overall I would give it a B rating.
