Our family loved staying in this beautiful home for our recent trip to Havasu. We loved all of the beautiful special touches, the amazing pool and all of the appliances that were there for us to use. Thank you Spring, for being an amazing hostess!

Clean, quiet, relaxing; owner is a pleasure

We had a last minute group of traveling business partners and instead of booking seperate hotel rooms, this home was big enough to host our travelers and still allowed comfortable space. The pool and spa was a bonus to relax in after a long day of work. Location was great, house was clean and very nicely organized. The host was amazing in accommodating our unique request, and would absolutely recommend staying here again.

This was our third year staying at this property and has everything you need for an extended stay like ours, six weeks. Spring is an amazing host and is quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Great location in the city as it is close to downtown and major routes to get around. The pool and hot tub were a great feature this with the warmer temps we experienced this year.

Be careful about the housekeeping policy. If you want to get charged only the 7 hours minimum, you should probably hire a housekeeper to clean it before you check out so you don't get charged extra. I was charged extra because of a few crumbles and the countertops apparently not being wiped clean enough. I thought that's what the housekeepers did? I left the house much better than I have left a lot of other VRBOs. I've Never had this happen. Also, the furniture was all uncomfortable. The metal kitchen table seats where very uncomfortable. The Bar Stools were hard and painful. The Living Couch was uncomfortable Old and worn out I think. The beds were OK. Not for us.

We had a great time! There is so much to do and things to explore. The house was clean and very well maintained. Spring is an amazing host and was always available to answer questions. We highly recommend this property and host!

Overall was a fantastic little house for our little family to stay, very kid friendly! Our toddler loved everything about, and we felt very comfortable with our baby playing on the ground it was very clean! Spring was very nice and super easy to communicate with! Best experience I’ve had if I’m being honest I’d use this place again.

We enjoyed our stay. Spring was very thoughtful leaving snacks and essentials for the our families stay including pool floats for us to use. Our family would definitely had a wonderful stay. Thank you Spring

Sparkling clean and just as beautiful and comfy as in the pictures. Many thoughtful details for the kids throughout the home and property. Pool was awesome. We had a fantastic stay.
