bike paths, and other recreational activities. When you arrive at Black
Butte, please visit the welcome center to pay your fees and get your

welcome center for the up to date fees. (As of 5/29/20 this is currently waived due to the closure of pool and activity centers). This can change day by day. Please inquire to be sure if this is being charged.
This is a great location that will allow inside and outside living to blend together. Well supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. Only comment we would make is that the rugs need a deep cleaning.
This house had a classic Black Butte Ranch funky cabin feel and was one of the best we’ve seen for functionality! Full bedrooms on three different floors and bath and a half baths! Very comfortable space, easy check in, and great communication from owners and mgt co. Close to everything on the Ranch. No AC as is common for BBR… but will come back again for sure…
8-10 guys stayed comfortable. Really easy to find, close in on the golf course. Perfect for a guys golf trip.
If you're looking for a house with a certain 70s/rustic BBR charm, this is the place to stay. Includes record player with Fraggle Rock theme song, huge social couch and great deck area. The house sits right where most drives off the 7th tee land. The showers/bathrooms are outdated. All showers except one off the kitchen are shared by two bedrooms each.
The house is nicely located on the golf course but it's very funky with a lot of dusty clutter everywhere. Lamps, benches, extra chairs, fake plants and stuff never used. The kitchen was nice but 2 burners on the stove didn't work. Maybe previous renters didn't notify the caretakers. The living rm. carpet was very filthy and the furniture was old with no support. I'm sure it's a challenge to get a house cleaned in 4 to 5 hrs. for the next gang but, time should be made for deep cleaning at some point during a busy summer. Four old and ragged beach towels for a five bedroom house doesn't cut it either. Deck furniture was uncomfortable. No lounge chairs either. We ran out of laundry detergent too. The basement was pretty good but still very old uncomfortable furniture.
We stayed for two nights to attend a wedding. It was a great location for all of us Would definitely come again
Poor. Did not receive the email to enter the property until we were there…1.5 hrs after check in. The smells in the house were awful, like old animal pea. The TVs did not work. Only a couple old fans, so we were sweating every night. The house is not updated…belongs in the 80’s still. Way over priced for what you get. I would not recommend this house. We want our money back.
Love the beds and the sink/toilets in each room.
This large home was perfect for our 3-family pod that included 6 adults and 6 kids. With 5 bedrooms that each have their own toilet (for a total of 5 toilets), and 3 showers (2 of which are jack and jill shared showers), there was plenty of space and privacy for all. The furnishings are charmingly dated but comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and large, and there is tons of light from the large wrap-around windows. Everything was very clean. We would definitely stay again!
It was a wonderful place to stay with our family and friends. There is enough space to spread out and also have community time together. It was cozy and peaceful. We played at the park, disc golf, and went sledding less than 30 minutes away. I would recommend this place to anyone with a group/family with around a dozen people. We would even stay there again!
