With easy access to biking trails, lakes, and Bentonville attractions, the home makes a great basecamp for both relaxing weekends and outdoor adventures.



Inside, the home features a bright and functional layout with comfortable living spaces designed for gathering and unwinding after a day exploring Northwest Arkansas. The living room flows easily into the dining and kitchen areas, creating an inviting space to spend time together.



The home includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, offering plenty of room for couples, families, or small groups. Upstairs, the loft space includes a desk area that works well for remote work or planning your next ride or adventure.



Out back, guests can enjoy the private patio, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The garage is also available for guest use, providing convenient parking and extra storage space for bikes and outdoor gear.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive a unique door code prior to arrival for convenient keyless entry through the front door. The garage is available for parking and use during their stay.

-No smoking anywhere on the property.

-All visitors must be off the property by quiet hours, 9 pm to 7 am.
