Nestled on a quiet street, you can enjoy rest and comfort while still being close to all your favorite downtown destinations. Just across the street from the 2nd hole of the Fairview Golf course. Enough parking in the front of the house for two vehicles. Also some parking in the alley behind the garage. There is no access to the single, stand alone garage.

The only thing missing from this home is the smell of sugar cookies in the kitchen. This home will take you back to the simple comforts and still deliver with the thoughtful upgrades that have been made. A great place to relax and the garden is charming.
