Stayed Mar 6, 2025The house was great. Location great. Clean. Trolley on Estero Blvd a big plus It would have been nice to know that the area surrounding the pool still has damage from the hurricane. Otherwise great experience.

Stayed Apr 17, 2021The property was in a great location. Quiet with easy access to the beach ⛱ and resturants. The pool was nice, but there are steps that get very hot to get to it wear your flips. The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of dishes, glasses and cookware. Now the downside...the mattresses in all 3 rooms although new are very uncomfortable, you roll into the middle of them and they are pretty flimsy. All 6 of us were very stiff and sore by weeks end. There are many little things that would make this rental a step up. The blinds were broke in the living room and bedroom. The ice maker did not work. The fan in the bath did not work. Light blankets would be nice as the comforters are too thick as tje ac it to be set relatively high. The fans are a positive and needed un the bedrooms. Just a little tlc would make this place so much better. We also did have a few florida visitors in the sinks and showers.

Stayed Jan 30, 2021Beautiful beach house on the canal just steps from the beach. The interior is tastefully decorated in a nautical theme and very comfortable. The huge kitchen island makes cooking meals a party! The bedrooms are all en-suite and the pool was just lovely at the end of a hot day. I would highly recommend this property!

Stayed Jul 3, 2020This house was exactly what we were hoping for! The location was perfect!!! Quick walk to the beach with a boat dock in the back that took us out on the water in minutes. The pool was perfect for our family as well. The house is perfect for a family with 3br/3ba. The management company was quick to reply and helpful each time I called or emailed. The open layout of the home was the best for family time in the evenings. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed Feb 29, 2020We had a great week in FMB at this home. 3 couples enjoyed the salt water pool and the beach which was a quick walk across the street. Convenient to restaurants and movie theatre. We felt the location was the best in FMBeach! My only complaint was the mattress. I like a firm mattress and this appeared to be a pillow top. All in all I would recommend this property!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property was exactly as advertised. Clean, open and airy. Excellent place for a family. We have spent decades going to this end of the beach and for those like us who prefer to stay at this end, I can't imagine a better property!

Stayed Jan 12, 2019We had a very lovely stay. Everything in th house was as advertised and met or exceeded our expectations. Staying in a house on the south side of the beach is much better than the north which is a lot more congested. Walk right across the street to the wide open beach. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the area.
