Stayed Jul 11, 2025This motel room had a dated look, BUT the view and price made this truly a glorious hidden gem! Just a few steps from your room there is a gorgeous view of the lake. The grounds of the motel are meticulously taken care of. Inside the room there is a full fridge and little kitchen set up, which was very helpful! The shower pressure was phenomenal! If you love the outdoors and appreciate a nostalgic feel, this is the place for you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved staying at King Birch! The location was awesome between Meredith/Gilford & Wolfeboro so easy to get anywhere. The room was nice enough with good amenities & was clean on arrival. There’s a dock you can go in the water from which we loved. Neighbors were all quiet & parking was easy. Overall I’d recommend to anyone wanting some time away on the lake!
