Stayed Mar 14, 2025The villa is as on the photos so there is no bad surprise. Cleanliness may be improved, there are very few kitchen accessories such as pans (only four very small pans).Had an issue with one of the beds and JC Vacation was very reactive (kudos to them).Traffîc at Solterra gate can be quite chaotic especially on Friday evening. Overall a good experience.

Stayed Jun 19, 2022House: Overall the house was nice, but had a few things that if upgraded would make it great. The beds were very noisy, so when you would roll over you felt the whole house would hear you besides waking up your spouse. The patio furniture could use an update as the cushions were worn out as well as the chaise lounges were leaking some sort of oil down the leg. Overall place was nice but with some updates could be 5 star. The Community The community pool had some issues while we were there. 1. Can not bring in any outside food or drinks/coolers. 2. While we were there they shut down the bar/kitchen so no drinks or food were being served 3. It was so crowded there was not enough chairs for everyone and not a lot of tubes for lazy river. 4. Gated security - one one security officer was working to check people in on the Sunday night - the line was several blocks long and I'm sure you could be a nightmare if coming right around house check in time.

Stayed Aug 14, 2021The property was nice on the pictures. However, it needs some repairs and upgrades on some of the furniture in the home. The washer was loud and I was told that eventually it will stop working but I can use it until it breaks completely. Also, the pillows and stuff were not cleaned. There were stains in all of the pillows downstairs and outside in common areas. The pool heat didn't work at all. I was told that the pool guy was coming by to fix it on my final night and that never happened. I emailed management about the issues I had. A representative was sent over and only explained that the furniture was from Ikea and they would be making upgrades and repairs in September when the request slows down. I literally went over ever concern with her and she was well aware of these issues prior to my stay. Overall, my children enjoyed themselves. However, don't expect this nice, pretty white house that's listed on the pictures. The location was nice. 20 mins from Disney.

Stayed Jun 14, 2021House was just as listed . Would definitely stay again. My family loved the house it was very spacious .
