Located inthe quiet, wooded, very desirable Lower Makonikey neighborhood - just a short 4 mile drive to town and the ferry. ONLY a 5 MINUTE WALK (0.2 of a mile) to the residents only beach on Vineyard Sound, with parking available .Only 1 mile from Lambert’s Cove/West Tisbury Town Beach. This home has two floors, lots of windows, high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. There is a huge wrap-around porch and a back deck, with an outdoor shower, new gas Weber grill,2 chaise loungers, cocktails table, also two dining tables ( 6 person and 4 person table), wicker rockers .The spacious, open living room has built- in window cushion seating with a wall of windows. ** There is a hammock to relax in the yard. Wi-Fi with Roku. Laundry room on 2nd floor. Lamberts Cove walk-on beach pass available after July 1; vehicle passes to Lambert’s Cove Beach tenants must purchase from the town.
