Beautful home with a sweeping view of the Sound. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, books and games galore, and two decks to enjoy all the wild beauty of the neighborhood. I have been coming to the Vineyard for over 25 years, and this is the best place I have ever rented.

We had the most wonderful family vacation. The house was comfortable and perfect for us. The location was amazing, the private beach and yard made it so special. It was easy to get around for shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing week

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful location. I would just add to the description, spices and seasonings are available. Additionally, the only thing that was missing in the kitchen was a colander, but besides that 10 out of 10.

we had a wonderful stay. Its everything described and more. So much attention to detail .The home is so obviously loved and well cared for. I visited the vineyard in my early teens during a family retreat. I was unable to reenact it until recently. My wife and I came with our 2 boys and brides (early thirties) and baby each (5 and 2 years old).......and our standard poodle. It was a glorious time 1-heed the recommendation of the host re ; linen service 2-heed the recommendation of the host regarding ferry arrangements - we booked day they went on sale ..first day permitted ....in winter as i recall 3-no dishwasher -use green responsible disposables 4-treat as if your own ...such that you may be permitted a return visit take pictures ...leave only footprints in the sand great stay .....could not have been better or more enjoyable

My husband and two young adult daughters had a wonderful week of playing on the beach with our dogs, swimming with our dogs, enjoying sunrises and sunsets over the water. It was absolutely beautiful and Annette was gracious even when I screwed up where I left keys upon exiting. We can’t wait to go back!

Excellent Stay. Detailed instructions and communication provoded prior to check in and self check in with lock box was super easy. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Shed with Beach chairs, toys and bikes was added bonus. The views and sunsets were incredible!

We had such an amazing time at Nina's! The sunset views were absolutely breathtaking, and the location is just perfect. You get the privacy you want, and it's only a 15-20 minute drive to Vineyard Haven, making it super convenient to get to restaurants and shops. The house was stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed, and the seamless connection from the living room to the outdoor deck was just perfect. Driving down the long dirt road with beautiful scenery and then being greeted by the stunning view of the ocean and Elizabeth's Island was such an exciting experience. I highly recommend paying a visit, even if it's just for a weekend - it's incredibly relaxing!

Like many of the other reviews say, this home is even better than the pictures show. The private beach was amazing, as was the yard. We woke up to a stunning view every morning. I wish we could have stayed all summer!!

the house was clean the location and privacy is perfect!! you can sit and relax on the porch and hear the waves crashing. We had a car so it was easy to get all around town. The house had everything you need!!! I would definitely go back here.
