It was a nice quiet area. House was nicely decorated. Had a musty smell but overall very nice.

Great spot with plenty of space! Stayed with three friends and had more than enough room to relax, eat, and hang out. Loved the pool, grill, and screened porch. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get around. Highly recommend!

We stayed at 3 Acorn Lane for 5 nights and we enjoy the house and surroundings. It’s located in a private gated community and the house was very clean and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

A little dated, needed to be upgraded a tad, water a little too cold for swimming but all in all nice place and location. Pool is to shaded for much pool side tanning and maybe later water will warm.

This property would have been wonderful expect it was dirty and things did not get cleaned when addressed.

Love the location! The house was perfect for our get away. We enjoyed being able to walk to places and had a great lunch at the SLAPFISH.

Pool temperature was enjoyable during the mid 80 degree days. It was cleaned regularly during our stay. Was nice to be in an older house. Very comfortable and not afraid to sit down or drink a cup of coffee any place in the house. Filtered water thru the refrigerator a big plus. Quiet, secluded neighboorhood and very friendly people wave when out walking. Suggest you read the rules on the Sea Pines website around biking rules/access when staying here. Biking allowed us easy and enjoyable access to the beaches.

We had a great trip, however there are some feedback points to share that more accurately describe the space. Pros: - In Sea Pines so you can enjoy the private community - Close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc - Large driveway for parking - 2/3 beds were nice mattresses - Pool with ledge - Big couch for and tables for space to relax - Screened porch for relaxing - AC worked great - Spacious -Smart TVs Cons: - House has noticeable mildew spots immediately upon entry and in all bedrooms and bathrooms with a lack of focus in repairing in a way that isn’t very noticeable - general mildew smell of the house. Had to buy a candle and plug ins as it was gross. - very outdated bathrooms - Pool is not heated and was not cleaned prior to our stay It’s a great little house but it needs to be updated from time, water damage and general use.

I liked the set up of the house. The bedrooms are separated by the great room, so occupants have plenty of privacy. The house was very clean, but there was no pod style coffee pot in the kitchen, so had to make a trip to grocery store for ground coffee. But store was very close. The house could use some minor maintenance. It’s an older house, neighborhood but quiet and safe.

If your going for the beach this is not the place to stay. But if the beach is not what your after this is a great house. The pool is useless 2nd week in May when we rented. If it had been heated it would be great. I fix breakfast & snacks. Kitchen had everything you need. Close to restaurants. If pool had been heated I would have gave it 5 stars.
